Today Fabian help me and it was the best costumer service I’ve ever seen . At first I just went to cash out a check and then he asked if I needed extra help and he help me using my Wells Fargo mobile app and help me update my account . Thank you so much Fabian

Terrible service. Long lines. Rediculous wait times. Usually end up leaving instead of waiting. Last time i had to walk the teller through how to do his job and explain the different kind of checks to him... He should have been provided with better training.

Worst service I ever had. This should be a negative 5 stars. No customer service, line is all the way out. They rather go on break than to serve and assist the customer. Manager in charge just standing not even trying to help. Tellers are very rude!!! I will need to go somewhere else, in where I am a value to them!

The customer service of this branch has gone so far down hill. There are never enough employees working. I understand needing to reduce some tellers to help with COVID—but knowing how this causes huge lines and makes taking care of your banking business MORE inconvenient—they should be finding ways to increase their availability. Instead, they close at random times without any reason stated or for how long, and they actually shortened the hours they are open on Saturdays. Last week, I tried to go in to do my banking only to be told that they were closing for a TWO HOUR LUNCH. Who takes a two hour lunch? Today, I go into do what I could not do last week, there is a line out the door, one teller actively working, and the other teller is doing personal business on the phone in front of everyone. My time is worth something Wells Fargo.This used to be a great branch with friendly helpful employees—I miss that!

This place is a joke. I was in the town for a day visiting from LA and needed to send a wire. It was all quite with a few customers and two bankers sitting behind the desk had no customers. I waited in the middle of the store looking around and trying to make eye contact with someone. One guy sitting behind a desk in the middle looked at me and removed his eyes to another direction. I went up to him and explained why I was there. He told me I need a reservation and refused to help me. I told him I usually send wires myself online but this time since this time the amount is 25K and there is a 10K daily limit I needed to do it at a branch. Same answer. I spoke to the manager and told him I'm visiting for the day with a busy schedule. They still didn't want to help me. I'm a long time business customer at Wells Fargo and I am about to start two new businesses. I will not only open them in a different bank but also close this one at Wells Fargo and move it to another bank.. Just because of the treatment I received in this branch..

They don't answer the phone when you call them at the number listed for this Lompoc branch. The phone just rings and rings until it goes to an automatic recording. I've tried calling them at several different times over different days, and I get the same response: no one answers the phone.This is very unprofessional. No customer service is being provided. I'm not sure how they retain their customers when these types of things keep occurring. I hope the branch manager can make improvements quickly.

This is the worst bank ever!! They are now closed again with no notice!! Had to drive to Buellton and wait one hour and thirty five minutes in line. Wells Fargo won't answer their phone as well. They keep using the COVID card as an excuse. Union Bank has never closed and has a full staff to accommodate their customers.

They are just closing without letting customer know!! there was around 9 customer waiting for them to open last week. Website said they were open no one answer the phone.
