I love living here! Being able to walk right onto the beach is such a blessing. I just had a baby, so that convenient beach path right in front of the building is really helping me slowly get moving again. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, and the maintenance staff are super friendly. The front desk staff including Immanuel and Nyaa are always so friendly and accommodating too. I do also love the beach party they’ve been having on the weekends. Ritchie is a great host! Did I mention there’s a hair salon and a restaurant with ocean views? It’s great to live in an upscale safe place on the beach, but what makes it even better is the wonderful staff. I would recommend living here to everyone who could afford it! I hope I never have to move lol

1900 Ocean is a great place to live. The staff and residents are all so friendly and ready to help. I’m new to the USA and have found a great network of people from within the building.
Being able to step right out of the building onto the beach is one of the reasons I chose 1900 Ocean.
What I didn’t expect, that has been absolutely fantastic is the Beach Club run by Ritchie! A perfect way to enjoy the scenery, meet people and forget about the week’s stress. I would love it to run even longer each year!

Best place to live!! Beach club is such an amazing time and one of the top perks the building has to offer. Richie does a phenomenal job hosting beach club and giving the best service to all!! He's the best!!

Absolutely amazing place to live! Ocean view, hot tub, pool. This building have everything what you need! But the most good here is a community! Absolutely friendly people live here! I love live here!
And Richie who runs Beach Club is absolutely amazing! He knows how to do best time for you and having fun!

Living at 1900 Ocean is like a dream come true! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, offering stunning ocean views and the soothing sound of waves every day. The community here is friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel at home. The staff is exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Special shoutout to Richie, who runs the Beach Club. He truly makes the experience even more amazing. Richie is always energetic, attentive, and knows how to create a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Whether you're new to the area or have been here for a while, you'll quickly see why 1900 Ocean is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Don’t ignore the other reviews, these are not unjustified. This is just another expensive company running an apartment in the city. They have no ties to the community of Long Beach. Run, do you have better options in the proximity.

Best experience ever on an apartment. Immanuel, Cynthia, Nyaa, the concierge and manager is amazing. The whole team is great! Just moved and I have met some people here already. I feel like we are all family now. Its a cute beach front community. You can’t ask for more. The restaurant, salon, facial clinic. All amazing! Love it here! 😍 I’ll forever stay here.

Discriminated against : My husband and I applied to this property and got denied after the leasing agent came up with a made up eviction. We disputed her findings and even though the credit bureaus confirmed no eviction was on the record and no evictions came up on all the other buildings we also applied to, despite our stable jobs, excellent credit and plenty of savings, they denied us the lease. I have a very strong feeling the denied us on the basis of race. Tenants here are either white or African American. Did not see any other races or cultures during the tour.

Newly moved in. Amenities top notch. Building well kept. Unit views 10/10. Long moving process for me and Immanuel made it seamless and comfortable and easy. People seem happy and friendly, excited to live here. If you need help with anything, Immanuel is easy to get ahold of, and very professional.

I love this apartment! The ocean view is amazing. The neighborhood is very walkable. And you are right at the beach! I take a walk at the beach almost every day and it is a really good way to de-stress at the end of the day.

There is no other place you should live in Long Beach, period. Ranferi, Cynthia, Paige, Jack, Richie, and the rest of the all-star crew have continually provided me with a 'Disney-esque' experience while living here. This residence is not only welcoming and rather diverse but also a safer place to live, thanks to the attentiveness of security (shoutout to Josh and Steven). The maintenance staff is always fast and friendly. While other places might seem tempting based on Google reviews, my initial tour and time here have convinced me that there is no better option – especially considering the amenities – than 1900 Ocean.

Not sure which is better, the amenities of the beach front property or the staff who work here. Pickleball courts, full gym overlooking the Pacific, volleyball in the sand, pool by the beach. The place is immaculate and the views are sweeping. Hair Salon. Check. Massages. Check. Pet Wash Facilities. Check. Best staff on the Ocean. Checkmate.
