Diarrhea in the pool. They didn't drain the pool & take proper procedures to clean & sanitize. They just cleaned it with net & let water filter ? DISGUSTING

This 24 is less crowded than the one downtown which is nice, but it's only open until 10pm. The fact that it's only open until 10pm is stupid for two reasons. 1) Because closing it at 10pm causes the already crowded branch downtown to be even more crowded at night and 2) it's supposed to be open 24 hours a day, hence the name, and it would be nice to be able to work out there at night.

Dirty and for over 3 months Olympic bars are missing. Front desk people do nothing and gym area is so dirty full of dust bunnies. Rules are not enforced people take 2 or three machines using bags which are not allowed on the floor. Horrible management

30,000 sq ft facility, one squat rack. We don’t train legs in Long Beach.To be fair there is a TRX thing. The gym is also clean.

Very clean, good selection of equipment, excellent showers and locker room. The staff is professional and plenty of parking available.

It's inspiring to see so many people working out and taking health seriously. On the flip side, it's so crowded and hard to get equipment at times. I often go with a plan for a workout and have to completely change it because everything I need is being used. I've tried coming at various times and unless it's very late at night, it's usually a "get in what ya can" type of workout. Ample parking here which is nice, but I think they are ready for a bigger facility.

Dirtiest change room and bathrooms I've ever used. The public toilets are cleaner on the beach.Everyone goes into sauna full clothed with shoes on so dirt and grime around pool area. Sauna smells awful.Raised these issues a few times but nothing ever done.

The general manager is rude and has horrible customer skills. I have been an on and off member for years and the club and since Covid the club was never kept clean. I came in today to find out if I should and the answer is no because I got a free pass and the manger told me know I couldn't use it. Before I sign up yet again for the paper towel holder to be empty and machine not to be working. I live 2 minutes away. I wouldn't even waste being treat like that. I felt discriminate against and not treated with any respect.

I went to the 24 hour fitness on bellflower and spring. I go to this allot. I just want to say thank you to Jake I'm guessing he's a Trainer there. He was really helpful in his customer service and very hospitable. To make a long story short he let me use his own lock so I could lock up my stuff. He said not a big deal but to me it was and sometimes good deeds get overlooked. Anyhow thank you Jake.

No universal bars on benches. Rep at counter said they were moved there are extra ones look around for it. Unbelievable gym doesn't care about etiquette or following there own rules. They get your 300 a year and they are done with you..

There seems to be a disconnect between management and corporate, the name of the gym is clearly "24 Hour Fitness" yet they don't open till 05:00?
