Sketchy.. that is not the stores fault that is Long Beach. But the store seemed to be lacking.. I got a cup of coffee about 9:30 or 10:00 at night. And I asked if it was old..like left over from the morning. The clerk did not answer me.. I think was left over from hours earlier.

A great 7-11 with friendly employees. Someone stole the coffee grinder last week and it still hasn't been replaced. Probably a failure of corporate more than anything.
Edit: Despite the non-answer below, the machine has not been fixed for three weeks. Ridiculous. The employees are still excellent, but 7-11 corporate must be an absolute nightmare here.

The guys running this store are constantly locking the doors at random times, there’s no reason the store should be locked at 2AM everyday & the employees are saying they close at 2

I've got to say that my experience was pretty typical of a downtown 7eleven a guy came in with a lighten joint on his ears and nicely got kicked out. But I mean nothing out of the ordinary and there was a good variety of stuff. The cashier was really nice

The employees are ok and the store is stocked but everytime I come here there is a homeless person guarding the door pandhandling for money. Multiple homeless loitering outside the door. Doesn't feel exactly safe. Not really 7/11s issues per se but thanks to the Harris/Biden democratic policies.

As a solo traveler I always feel super creeped out going into this 7/11 and most times just avoid going into it due to every time I go in there’s about 7 workers behind the counter not one with a vest on so you’re like.. is anybody here even officially on shift? Most of the time the workers r talking amongst themselves or you just get ogled by them And then you get served by whoever’s is in the mood to take you and then not even offered your receipt.
most of the time not a have a good day or anything told to you.
Seeing as though there’s a bunch of complaints and it’s never changed I’ll keep avoiding this place as much as I can if I’m a solo traveler.

BE AWARE: Fraud activity!!!! Went here and used a card to pay for a drink. Next day my card was used for a $700 purchase. Avoid this place. They will steal your information.Very shady and from what the reviews say others don’t trust the employees here as well. I go often to other 7/11’s and I’ve never had any issues. I’ll be calling the police as well.

Came at 4am to get coffee before work and it was closed. Cashier was standing behind counter with airpod in his ear doing nothing. Wasting 4 other people's time who were also waiting only to find out it's not 24hrs. Knocked on the door and some Indian guy screamed 5 o clock. Forget about it

The guys who run the store are a bunch of rogues - they alway over charge customers and are extremely rude and arrogant when serving customers! The Prices are per 7-eleven cooperate communications are never honour at the store ! Bloody thieves.
