So during my birthday visit from Iowa I stopped by here for a coke after leaving the beach I got my coke handed the guy(Handed the guy not threw at him as he did me) When I asked him to place my change in my hand He told me he put it right there just get it and go I said that was very disrespectful is that you wouldn't like to put my my change in my hand the same way I handed it to you he told me don't teach me about how to be in America I respect the money I said but you don't respect the people that come and spend the moneyHis response was I respect good people and I stopped I said good people elaborate on that for I don't hand it to people because they stink I said I stink I actually I'm down there for a birthday I have all showered are very respectbull then he starts posturing and putting his hands over his ears like he didn't want to hear what I had to say Then he went on to say Don't teach me how to be respectful in America Blow me off because I was being respectful I just figured since I was spending my money there I should be respected in the same way I hand you the money It's the same respect I should get so he went on to say that He doesn't like the homeless I said okay well are you trying to say that I'm here visiting At which point I realized why they don't have any 7 elevens in the Midwest Because of folks like that I asked for the receipt so that I could contact his manager about it He's not gonna give me a receipt because I return my product because of his attitude his lack of respect for the people he's serving the lack of Check for the customer And I recorded it and put it all on live once did he really start saying things he's gonna ban me from the store and I'm cool with the band from the store so I went on and let him call the police so that I can get the information I needed to process this bad then you didn't even want to do it for a trust pass and they gave me some number because I requested the number they wouldn't give the cop the number so the cops went on to Google pull up a number that doesn't work to Tell me the number that doesn't work even after I told the cop it's not the correct number I've already looked it up and called since I've been standing there waiting cause good guys do not run from or away when folks mention calling the L.E.O. oh well there's nothing they can do about it right, they don't want to go back and fourth got real crooks out there to chase what ever the case may be they wanted to be gone,Anyways back to that 711... I won't be back but I'm pretty sure my live video has hit a lot of people so we're gonna see if his attitude is on different wih different people that go in there,my people stink is a weird statement for him to make being I'm a bright skinned black male that some take as Hispanic but even then it seemed like a very deplorable thing to say if you want to see the video feed hit me up just for him to say some of what he was saying was not very much racist he had just put my hard earned money into that cash register.

The workers don't act professionally they're a joke and they make you feel unwelcome if they know something about you they start laughing I'm surprised they're employees there. Specially the Japanese worker what ever he is.. his a joke of employee no wonder he got a black eye from a customer before.

Incredible! This is in fact THE WORST 7-11 I’ve ever been to! They lied about their prices on Celsius energy drinks (price before tax did not match what it was labeled). And when I left the 7-11, my car had been hit and run with a huge dent in it. I filed a police report but check it out: This particular 7-11 claims they don’t keep security camera footage for more than 14 days! And the police called a day after. This is truly the most horrible 7-11 of all time. And I’d love for you to respond to this review, 7-11. I’d love to give you my feedback on how rude, unhelpful, and generally unprofessional your staff was. You are trash!

Bad customer service employees show no respect at all towards there customers store smells really bad and always dirty and never clean the employees chase homeless with a Weapon i seen it for myself the employees need to get replace

This is by far the worst 7/11 I have ever been to. I am a mom of 3; my son's school is literally around the corner. I have two small children one being a baby. I placed a mobile order, because it's convenient to walk in pick up and go. I have done so several times in the past at other locations. Since I just moved here I decided to give this place a shot. I placed my order and waited 20 minutes to go pick it up. My order is still not ready even though on the app it says it should be ready by that time. No problem I go wait by the side for my order. While waiting the guy behind the counter canceled my order. He then proceeded to tell me that I canceled the order. So I said no I did not, but since I'm not confrontational person; I go outside and call customer service and just replace my order. No big deal things happen. Turns out they did cancel my order. I go back I tell him you guys canceled my order and that I reordered. So now I'm waiting another 20 minutes and guess what they cancel my order again. I had all 3 of my children with me. We at this point we're there for 45 minutes. Waiting for our order to be done. The fact that they thought it was okay to cancel our order twice and made us wait all that time is despicable. Honestly it is shameful for grown middle aged men to think doing something like this to a woman alone with her children is acceptable. These men if I can even call them that are horrible human beings. This place unbeknownst to me is crawling with junkies and homeless people it's dirty and honestly after the second time it was canceled; I honestly was grateful. since this time I actually got to see them prepare the food. No gloves, no hand washing before. They touch money, products and make the food. I would not recommend this place.

ID from another state? ID from the government? THEY WONT TAKE IT!!! Apparently only CALIFORNIAS with a CALIFORNIA ID is allowed to purchase adult things from here!!!! Worse experience and the cashiers are the rudest ever!!!
Would never be going back to the 7/11 located below!!!
