Good luck. This is one of the few 711s that should be closed the owners dont care and will literally argue with you like a mad divorcee. Steer clear there's other 711s that deserve your business. They treat you like a child and it's DIRTY!!

This is by far the worst 7/11 I have ever been to. I am a mom of 3; my son's school is literally around the corner. I have two small children one being a baby. I placed a mobile order, because it's convenient to walk in pick up and go. I have done so several times in the past at other locations. Since I just moved here I decided to give this place a shot. I placed my order and waited 20 minutes to go pick it up. My order is still not ready even though on the app it says it should be ready by that time. No problem I go wait by the side for my order. While waiting the guy behind the counter canceled my order. He then proceeded to tell me that I canceled the order. So I said no I did not, but since I'm not confrontational person; I go outside and call customer service and just replace my order. No big deal things happen. Turns out they did cancel my order. I go back I tell him you guys canceled my order and that I reordered. So now I'm waiting another 20 minutes and guess what they cancel my order again. I had all 3 of my children with me. We at this point we're there for 45 minutes. Waiting for our order to be done. The fact that they thought it was okay to cancel our order twice and made us wait all that time is despicable. Honestly it is shameful for grown middle aged men to think doing something like this to a woman alone with her children is acceptable. These men if I can even call them that are horrible human beings. This place unbeknownst to me is crawling with junkies and homeless people it's dirty and honestly after the second time it was canceled; I honestly was grateful. since this time I actually got to see them prepare the food. No gloves, no hand washing before. They touch money, products and make the food. I would not recommend this place.

Probably one of the worst 7/11 I have ever been to!!! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible customer service!!!!! They seem to think they control California Law - sometimes they ID sometimes they don’t! ID from another state? ID from the government? THEY WONT TAKE IT!!! Apparently only CALIFORNIAS with a CALIFORNIA ID is allowed to purchase adult things from here!!!! Worse experience and the cashiers are the rudest ever!!!Would never be going back to the 7/11 located below!!!401 Atlantic Ave., Long Beach, CA 90802STORE #: 20266

Ok so I go here all the time but the problem that's getting worse and worse is the homeless situation. Almost always at least one person right next to the door. Sometimes a person on both sides of the door. Sidewalk leading up to the door is sometimes completely taken over by homeless people. They will do nothing about it. Just today I had a homeless guy follow me around the store asking for liquor. I come up to the counter and he's still asking right in front of a worker. They say nothing and pretend it's not happening. Really messed up. Do better.

They’re always out of coffee beans for their expresso machines at various times of the day. Or their coffee machines are out of service for cleaning. For days at a time.

711 has been a blessing to me while I recover from surgery. Although I'm familiar with the area, I don't know where everything is and where all my favorite stores are. The second day I arrived I wanted a coffee and my daughter told me there was a 711 within walking distance. She was very right, literally steps away from me which is a blessing. I've been able to buy my coffee, variety of fruit juices, snacks, pastries, goodies, lottery tickets and chips and drinks. Literally everything I need is just a hop, skip and a jump!! The employees are nice, cleanliness is good. There is a few homeless camped out nearby and a few panhandlers but it's not the owners fault, that is a California problem, it's everywhere Thank you!!

Every Uber eats order I've had from here has had issues, from entire orders incorrect, to missing and cancelled items without warning. The drivers often reported rude service from the employees here when they had tried to resolve the issues of asking if there were supposed to be more items with the orders.
