I don't really don't mind the homeless people because they have nowhere to go and the city should do something about it. They have plenty of places that are vacant. And I seen homeless people in every 711The people there are cool, they are patient, and not judgemental because they deal with all walks of life daily. I've seen some comments but this not Beverly hills. Just saying.

I've been to this store multiple times. I never had a problem with the service however, the lines do get super long fast. There's a few homeless people around this area as well.

Not a fan of this location. It's always so dirty, and smells like urine. There's Always a group of homeless hanging out along the entrance asking for something, and then get upset bc a lot of ppl don't carry cash. The store is dirty. Most of the staff is rude. Always my last resort to come here and I live so close by.

worst experience of my life i was discriminated by workers and i was there to buy hot foods there is no security to watch your bags so they just assume you are stealing i felt unsafe and very discriminated at this location of 711 inc and i do infact have a 711 account along with discount that i always receive when i buy my favorite bites but this time i did not buy anything and i am truly impacted by the performance that was giving and shown no other 711 has done this they need reliable workers here and people with expertise for customer service because here at this 711 CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HOSTILE NO HELLO NO GOODBYE NO GREETS NOTHING DISCRIMINATED FOR EXPENSIVE PRICING COME ON.

Oh, boy. I hate to waste even a few minutes reviewing this spot, but it must be known: THIS 7-ELEVEN IS TRASH. GARBAGE. BASURA! I haven't had a single good experience here. The first time I visited, the cashier was slow to ring me out because she was too busy fighting with her BF over the phone. The second time I visited, the cashier refused to honor the promotional pricing on a few Redbull drinks, even though there was a very obvious sign with promotional pricing RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DRINKS. The third time, I didn't even bother visiting. I placed a delivery order through Doordash. They were out of half the items I ordered and refused to honor any substitutions my dasher tried to propose. My dasher was so fed up with the crappy service, they asked me to cancel the order entirely! The universe is CLEARLY trying to discourage me from patronizing this place. Message received. I will never return I can freaking help it.

The store is filthy. This store is not safe. I live in this neighborhood and only go to the store as a last resort, and today is my last time I will ever go. They do not have any safe or hygienic way to access the donut container. They do not provide hand tissues as they are required to by law. When I requested some sort of hand tissue the associate pretended he did not understand English. I was extremely polite when I requested this but the customer in back of me decided to start screaming obscenities calling me names like bitch and telling me fuck you, the associate found this hilarious and did nothing to step in to protect me a small middle-aged woman from the young man who was verbally attacking me. For a moment I thought the young man was going to physically attack me, and the associate found it all hilarious. When I left I could hear the associate congratulating the guy for putting me in my place. Remember again all I was doing was asking for some sort of hand tissues so that could hygienically remove a doughnut from the donut case. This store is covered in grime, it's covered in dirt, they do not handle their food hygienically. If you want to get sick I highly recommend going into the store. If you want to risk physical assault I highly recommend going into the store. If you don't want either of those things to happen to you I highly recommend going across the street and using the Walgreens or CVS.

Parking lot is filthy and covered in glass bottles. It was an obstacle course to park. Employee at register was not polite. Employee in store couldn’t speak any English. Yuck!

They had free slurpy drink day and I went in there and I tried to get one. The worker knew of the free slurpy, or any other drink day. He said that if he tried to put it in the computer, the register would not allow him to do that. So, the corporate manager had advertised the free slurpy day and the stores were not honoring that advertisement. Everyone who was a customer in that store knew it was free slurpy drink day. The customers weren't saying anything, they were just being kind and gentle and buying things. But inside we knew that slurpy had been denied us. In my heart it really hurt. There are thousands of diabetics who probably went into the 7-11, on that day to get a slurpy, and they were denied. How could that not make you feel bad? I think the customers are nicer than the employees at the company. Even the worker said he couldn't give them out because the cash register would not validate the offer. What was I to do but leave empty handed? At least I didn't pour my free slurpy for the day and then be expected to pay for it. That would have been awkward. Having to reach into my pocket to pay for something that I hadn't even expected to have to pay for. Everyone in the store would have really thought I was tight budgeted then.
