I went here to get money put on my cash App. I feel totally discriminated. The cashier Prince took one of my $20 bills slid it through a machine and said it might not be real. I watched him ring up multiple customers not checking and of their money. When in fact I left went down the street to the grocery store Northgate where I got it from to show them and they told me it was real. I went all the way back to this location and waited to speak with them so I could ask to speak with management. They told me the manager would be back the following day.So I will be back there to speak with him. I asked for the store number and their name and the managers name. They refused to give it to me. Then also said they refused my service. They said they had the right to deny any customers. Okay so I left and went to another store. I really feel like filing a lawsuit for discrimination.

They are NOT open 24/7. I just walked there at 3am. The doors were locked. There was a guy inside basically shaking his hand at me to say they weren't open. Even though the sign in the parking lot clearly says 24/7.

WTH?? Website says open 24 hrs. Yet I go there, I see the guy inside, door is locked, he says they are closed!! What a joke!! At least state that on your website instead of claiming to be 24 hrs!!! A waste of time and gas!!!

Despite the 6 foot sign saying OPEN 24 HOURS it was closed. Every single 7/11 in the area does this. I drove to 3 of them after coming home from LAX after a very late flight. It’s ridiculous. These stores give EVERY indication they are open 24 hours and yet you drive there and there is a roughly drawn closed sign handwritten in Sharpie. How about updating your hours here on Google and save everyone the frustration. Every other review of these 7/11’s have been complaining about this for over a year. Why isn’t anything being done? Close if you want to, but change the hours on here….and the giant one under the glowing 7/11 sign in your parking lot at least!

Horrible place they never have anything in stock and machines are always empty such as iced coffee machine and the cheese and chili cheese machine! hate it here so ghetto and customer service is bad!!! save your time and don’t come here.
