Imagine going into a 7-Eleven and they have no ice for their drinks and then when I complain and I’m like I want to talk to the manager, the guy goes I am the manager and then argues with me about. Everyone please be aware the owner at this 7-Eleven is stealing card information and selling it to people in another state. I went there the other night and all money was taken out of my account from Chicago just moments after and it leads back to this 7-Eleven

do not come here workers don't speak English none of the fountain drinks work went to get a refund and worker didn't want to give me one he tried short changing me I stay for 20 mins until he gave me my money back the whole place is extremally dirty and not maintained well avoid this place

It's small, poor selection and they don't speak English. If you just need a candy bar it's fine, but as soon as you ask the clerk a question, like "can I get a hot dog?" it all goes south as he doesn't understand and you try to communicate what it is you want.

Man how can i give 0 stars. I just seen a video of this 7-11 Stealing Credit Card information with their card payments option they had a scanner on top on the actual payment method yall stay safe ! Cashier looked hella worried/scared when he found out he got caught and they were calling the police

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY USE CARD SKIMMERS ON THEIR MACHINES. There are MULTIPLE videos over the past few years of people catching them. Using a card here is a HUGE risk!

The customer service here is pathetic, and I mean every single time. The man is always in his phone and responds rudely. He slid my money back to me on the counter. Honestly he needs to be fired because at this point he's just a liability to the company. They're going to continue to lose customers at this location if they don't consider another employee. Or worst the employee could find himself in a very hostile situation because he lacks respect for others. And I feel it's very convenient that the number listed to call and speak to someone is not in service.... Where you guys tired of getting calls and complaints? How professional.
