I've lived in long beach for 33 years. This 7eleven is the worst one. I bought some rhino pills behind the counter they made me sick.
Now they sell the honey and I have to say it's super fake 🤥. The honey doesn't have the flavor of the real stuff. They scanned another item in order to sell me the stuff. I'm only angry because it's my money they stole

The guy that works here once in a while with tattoos and nice haircut is what makes this place worth coming to. Always great customer service and sends us out with laughs

My guilty pleasure are the oatmeal raisin cookies the price is unbelievable 2 for one dollar. The staff is always very nice to me. Will definitely stop in sooner than later…

This man that works here who started recently is very rude and condescending. Came last Sunday and there was no coffee made at all. Says he can make it in 30 seconds. I said no thank you. This Sunday morning(11/26/23)before 4:00am, I go in hoping for fresh, hot, brewed coffee. I ask if there's any coffee made, he says no and if we wanted to he can make it in 30 seconds. I said no thank you, got a bottle of Starbucks coffee and a snack and headed to checkout. At the checkout, he continued and complained that I didn't want his 30 second coffee. Again, I said no thank you and stated that there should be fresh coffee brewed for people when they come in and I pointed at the sign that stated that there's "FRESH COFFEE AVAILABLE". He retorted with, "I can make fresh coffee in 30 seconds, but if you want old coffee, I can make that for you." I said to please stop and to not do that. I didn't say anything about wanting old coffee. He continued with, "You want stale old coffee not fresh coffee that I can make in 30 seconds, ok! You don't care about having fresh coffee!"I said to please stop and stated that he was being rude and I didn't come in like that. He stated that he was polite in offering me coffee in 30 seconds but I only wanted stale coffee. As I completed my purchase and started to walk away, he shouted, "I'll make sure you get your old coffee next time!"I stopped, turned and told him to stop it! Just stop! It's completely unnecessary! I didn't come in being rude. I was clearly upset at this point. I asked him for his name and says "It's noneya"Realizing that he was trying to bully me over brewing coffee and pick a fight with me, I just left.This man doesn't believe in customer service at all. It obviously doesn't take 30 seconds to make coffee. Mind you, ALL of the brewed coffees containers are EMPTY. Especially making 2 different coffees, no one is going to stand there and wait for the containers to fill up.

This location has never been good, given where it's at. All, if not most people who work here haven't been too welcoming. It usually does have what you want or need out of a convenience store, although doesn't when it comes to hot foods or Postmates. Had a specific order that wanted cigarettes that usually aren't supposed to show up on the app, one said "we don't have Malborl" in a pissed off tone when one thing in that shop would come really close to Marlboro. The locations a mile away from each other are usually better.

One of the worst 7-Elevens out there. They will pick up their phone and immediately hang up. They don't do anything about the loiters either.

A very unpleasant and rather uncomfortable experience. They’re very rude and arrogant for attend that class of store. Much more the owner refused to change me a phone cable and charger, which he literally forced me to buy for not going to get one that I was asking for. I had understood that the policies of these places seek to win customers and serve them properly. Not because you are the owner do you have the right to offend, much less to be aggressive with a woman who is not from your same culture. That reaction, in addition to being offensive, IS VERY RACISTWe'll see costumers affair #costumersaafair

I would rate it higher if the homeless guy Anthony that patrols the parking lot didn't just punch my car and put a big dent in it because I couldn't help him with any money.
