Came at 2:20am with door locked and no sign on the door. Waited for 10 min… guy was working on his car in the lot, but unsure if that was the worker.

Went in tonight for pizza and wings
Staff refused to make it claims was cleaning out the oven..but was not the case you can clerly see it was not the case .
There were no heated food for sale but the same hot dog only.. what a joke..
I even took pics to prove it

When I ask the male employee working here for two slices of pizza, he says No. I don't understand why he says No. I can see there's a lot of pizza in the fridge. I guess he doesn't want to do business. I came out of there and was outside. And then a white guy comes in. He takes two pizzas and leaves. I wonder what's going on.
I won't complain. I won't come here again.

11/11/2024 4:30pm I went to store for Bob sponge ice-cream for my grandchildren of 4 an5 yrs old. One it was ok but the other was melted slurred deformed. When I tried to request to be changed, the attendant yelled at me insulting me in front of the kids making them cry. I probable will sue them.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

I really thought things were going to get better for a minute, but still the same thing-maybe their clock uses a different time zone??? I guess I just need to go elsewhere. This store was more convenient, but clearly they don't want or care to have my business. The link they share to speak with the owner/mgmt doesn't work, so it would seem the fish rots from the head. What a shame. Note: I just tried to respond to the bit.ly/711reviews and it says the account was suspended? Just FYI. Thank you.
Ok‐it is understood they close 2 hours each night to do whatever-it can be inconvenient, but I can adjust; however, the arbitrary time they close those 2 hours each night is a bit much. At first it was 3-5, then 2-5, then 2-4, but now it seems they close whenever they feel like it. Tonight I rushed over to find the door locked at 1:45, with 4 cars and a person on a bike outside waiting. Then the person working proceeds to give me an attitude upon opening the door because I asked him what time they close, because I had been told 2 a couple days before, but he says he closes at 1:50.
From the looks of it maybe I just need to take my business elsewhere as others have done. It was convenient, but not so much anymore. Rather than. It's now a waste of time figuring out the schedule for a place that says 24 hours and get negativity from the worker when I could, instead, just go someplace I know is open or wait til later in the morning where I know they appreciate my business.

I've been going to this location since it open . Always had good experience. But today the cashier was super rude the night shift cashier he doesn't pay attention to what he's doing he's more worried about chatting with his co worker. Over charging on items and not honoring the prices that are shown.on top of that the store is very dirty and there's water in the floor ? ?

Edit: they also do the transactions fast so you cant out your number and they use theirs to get all the 7/11 points. Homeless everywhere but they really can't do anything about it. But why is it closed at 840am eventhough is says 24 hours open? Doesn't even give a reason. it just says closed.
