There was a younger girl when we walked in with curly hair. She was so rude and unwelcoming when we walked in, giving us attitude even in the way she was asking us questions. I went to sell my ring so she took it back and suddenly when she came back she had a smile and had changed her attitude. Not sure if she got a good deal on the ring or what. Not going back there again

There are two ladies that sit in the front. The lady to the right has theeee most horrible attitude . Not personable or friendly at all ( brunette lady). If you don’t like your job quit. Customer service is dead.

U like this pawn shop! But,,,,,,,, I put stuff on layaway have not paid in three months because of financial hardships they did not allow me to put a minimum down to keep my items I was never told this when I put items on layaway I lost money because of this situation

Ignorance, #1. I came in with 22oz of pure silver coins. After wasting 15min of my time the staff said I don't even know what I am looking at. Then they finally did me a favor by offering $120 divided by 3 tickets, oh? Where the ticket fee is more than the loan itself. No thanks! Silver is = or greater than paper money. Worldwide, I understand a High Interest loan, but I am not stupid or on drugs ( other than alcohol he he) so thanks but I recommend AAA Pawn on Long Beach/Anaheim. Peace.

I’m so saddened that this place got hit by the looting but in a way I’m not because I was emailed that my items was okay all layaways was okay but we have to sort out something then when I call they sad all of my items where gone and that’s that I know there insurance company is going to pay for it and they getting free money from these programs but to just leave you customer in the dark and not reimburse them for there items you was in procession of our items at that time I hope god have mercy on there souls some put a bug in my ear that it was a inside job so I’m doing everything possible to get what’s do to me I was told my items wear in a safe the expensive items a you had to call ahead in order to retrieve your items see god is good this will get resolved in a real way

A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!! They charge top dollar for used products that other shops would be reasonable about. Not to mention they quote you prices and then change the terms once your item is paid off or ready to be picked up. Scammers! They came into a black neighborhood to mistreat and rob the citizens blind. Don't do business with these people. I won't spend another dime with them.
