This place is really welcoming. The front desk receptionist was warm smiling helpful and patient. While I was waiting for service, a worker approached me and said I'm just checking on you we will be with you shortly I just want to see what you need and get you started so when they do call you, you'll be ready. I was really impressed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this DMV location. The two women assisting customers—an older African American woman with glasses and an Asian woman (who looks slightly Hispanic and has a heart tattoo on her hand)—were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their attitudes were unwelcoming and dismissive, and it was clear they had no interest in helping anyone. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when people are already stressed about DMV-related issues. AAA, please do better. Your members deserve respectful and helpful service.

Really recommend this company for overall customer service, they’re very reliable, upfront and professional. I’ve never in the six years of doing business with them had a problem , and service is always fast.
Even in frustrating situations they stay true to their ability to keep you informed with information

Our son's classes were very helpful. We preferred the Long Beach location but others were offered. Only challenge was the extended wait to schedule lesson.

It only took 10 minutes to pay my truck registration and receive the tags. I could not do that thru the DMV. The staff was courteous and fast to service me. Thank you for turning my dreaded errand into a success.

I will never do business with AAA insurance. Their agent Richard Pacheco is terrible and refuses to return calls and provides false information . There are many other options , I’d suggest you consider those .

Went to this brunch and was helped by Derek knight. He was very rude and not helpful at all. When I asked for a manager he said that there was no manager on site and started arguing with me at this point he also threatened me. This was an-unpleasant experience and horrible customer service. I pay so much money each for my vehicle each month to be treated this way.
