Extremely rude and condescending. We will never shop there again. The other Ace locations in the area are fabulous with wonderful service. This one is a nightmare.

Huge shout out to this store that is traditionally a place you can get legit help. They're mellow when you're on site and will match up screws and threadings.
Today we had an issue and Glen, a staffer, was referred to us by other staff. He came to the phone and helped us troubleshoot our issue and even was willing to receive a photograph of what we were running into so he wasn't winging an answer.
This is nothing short of remarkable for folks typically BS answers rather than help neighbors and work with customers in good faith.
I'll drive out of my way to see if I can buy from them first.

If I'm going to any stores just let me know where the plumbing section is. Kept telling the guy I just need the plumbing department. Very rude guy working a cashier.

I had to get a key made. The key to my bedroom door was bent and I was afraid it would not be able to be replaced and I would have to get a new door knob and all that. But no! The gentleman at the key cutting table was able to cut me off two new keys that work perfectly. Thank goodness. ... Lady in distress

Walked into the store just to get a key made. While standing in line, I overheard the cashier talking of an older gentlemen.
The cashier was one of the most respectful employee’s I’ve seen in years. Talking to the customer with respect and patience.
I assumed his parents must of raised him well, only to realize everyone who works there is the same way.
I’m 55 and don’t consider myself old , but I thought this type of customer service was long gone.
Congratulations to the owners for understanding their customers !
