The staff is very friendly and helpful had my window screens made here brand new but when I got home the were very cheaply made... literally falling apart and they took longer than they quoted kinda lame wont be back for window screens here that's for sure.

I went in for window screens and the guy no more wanted to help me, he wore sunglasses and wouldn't even look at me . Didn't offer any solutions, just walked away when he said he couldn't help me. ?

Rude staff don’t care about lines. Don’t ever spend money here. Latina cashier named Cindy or something like thaat callin people out of their names in Spanish. Not cool. Don’t recommend doing business here EVER.

I don't know how many years I had to deal with a broken and ripped screen door for our sliding door to the balcony. And all this time about a three minute walk from my place is this Ace Hardware location which does rescreening. You guys are a lifesaver! I can finally enjoy my balcony without having to share it with incoming and outgoing insects lol. Customer service was 81 and the job was done in a timely manner as promised.

This rating is for the gentleman that assisted me with the ceiling fan connector/chain today around 12pm. He was super helpful and friendly. Wish I could've gotten his name. Gave me an alternative solution on how to install it and it worked out perfectly and it was simple.

Every single person who works here is so customer service focused and knowledgeable. I had a dog jump through my screen , they were able to re-screen it at a reasonable price and in 24 hours. Highly recommend

The absolute best ACE ever! They really have it all. Plus great advice. Lots of experienced help. And I love all ACE hardwares but this one wears the crown right now!
