The gentleman helping in the screen section was extremely helpful and courteous. He was able to make my screen immediately so I did not need to come back to pick it up.

My first experience at this particular ace was a few weeks back. I needed some hardware for a guitar project. This was the only ace that's open til 8pm in my area. I come in and I go straight for what I need. Can't find it so this gentleman offers to help me find it and right away he knows exactly where to look! He offers some suggestions and we agree on a set of screws and he offers to modify them slightly to fit my project. This whole time he's friendly and has a sense of humor which is always a plus. He was cool. After I got what I came for, I checked out the rest of the store and they have quite a lot of stuff. Not sure how it compares to other aces but they have Stuff ranging from lawn care, automotive, toys and even bbq sauce and rubs. You can spend a bit of time looking through all the little random stuff as well. I will definitely be visiting this ace more often based on my experience and hours.

Always like ACE hardware stores. My history with them has always been friendly & convenient hardware with good customer service with people who genuinely like to help folks. This store however, has broken my image of ACE hardware's brand with a 3rd strike. In the past, it's been laxed adherence to covid guidelines, blatant political talk from some opinionated/angry employee, and today, just flat-out rude art rude attitude by some young Asian or mixed employee, who clearly has a chip on his shoulder. Btw, I'm Asian myself, so this isn't a racial thing, but just identify him since I didn't get his name (not worth it). Anyway, I asked him a simple question about his knowledge and after the 2nd time of refusing and walking away, I thanked him for his "customer service." When I went to the register, I think he thought I was going to complain about him, because he looked at me and then rushed up to the other register. I didn't waste my time at the shop because i have a deadline with a project, but had to write this because folks like this should not be dealing with customers. If I experience this again & have time, I'll take it up to the manager or higher ups. Disappointed long time ACE customer.

Specialty hardware store, friendly, well stocked, Ton of Nic Nacks! Always offer good advise on products and services they can provide. Because they are pretty upfront it's a good to know they care about there consumer. Only downfall it's cramp, wish they had more real estate. Always feel eyes are on me. Theft can be an issue since your bumping elbow browsing through. Overall is a go to when I want to stay local n need a quick fix less the hassle of big club chains.

I love this store. No matter what project or tool I need all the employees are very very helpful. I get so so lost in this store, the shelves are almost to the ceiling so there is alottttt to look at. And they have everything from paint to gloves to lightbulbs to shoe polish and decorations. I personally enjoy going here just to look around and see what's new

Bought a grill and was assembled and delivered as promised. Also when you need an accessory/parts for the house This is the place. Lots of good help. HomeDepo has very unhappy people working for them. Try to avoid going there.

Went in for Benjamin Moore paint. If you haven't been into a traditional hardware store before this may take some getting used to, Smaller aisle. I do like the selection, employees that are knowledgeable and ready to assist. This is my preference over a big box store. Will be back.

I called on Valentine's Day to get a quote for a key fob. I was told about 125 over the phone, when I called at 11:47. When I got to the store at noon the price went up $20 dollars. I was just told I was making "alternative facts" by the store manager Glen and "that the price on the screen is the price on the screen." I asked him that's all he was going to do for me and he aggressively asked me what do I want to do about it". At this point if Glen is Challenging me to a fight I want the store owner to set up the fight between us. He hasn't had a proper life lesson and is in dire need of one.

I came in looking for an AC/DC power adapter for my Christmas tree. They don't carry it but an older gentle man provided two possible solutions to turn my tree back on. Provided the supplies I needed and the Christmas spirit to hopefully turn my tree on.

The people that work here really nice and friendly. A man helped me figure out how to replace the battery in my key fob and I really appreciated it.

I finally made it to Ace hardware! Crossing that off my life bucket list. I know, I live a very thrilling life. This place has way more than hardware, let me tell u that. They have halloween and Christmas decorations (including of course lights & batteries - you know, typical hardware). What struck me was the assortment of strange spices. Then I realized you'd come to Ace hardware to buy a grill, so you'd need to add some flavor to that burn. It took me a minute to put that together so I kept asking "but why do they have so many spices?" Also, high socks with llamas, bunnies, dogs surfing, etc. How does that file under hardware? I came here only to get gorilla glue as my friend & I were doing some construction work on my beloved, towering, modern bookcase that had come apart and was seemingly built by a 5-year-old. We needed to glue screws in place because yada yada something about the frame yada yada Pets are welcome! Kids must be on leashes. I'm super happy with my new white lighter that says Ace on it. They have all kinds of flame-inducing products. For that one arsonist you know. Thanks Ace hardware!

Whenever I needed a household item I would always go to Ace hardware. They are friendly and know more than other people at Lowe's and Home Depot.

I just had the best service on a deadbolt repair and re-key that I've ever had. These guys were courteous, friendly, and supremely knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to go to a hardware store that's staffed by people who know the products and can actually help you. I solved my issue for a fraction of the cost I expected, and learned something about lock repair in the bargain. I'll definitely be back!
