Very pleased with ACE overall. Jeannine Dominque, the agent we dealt with, was professional, kind and always available when we had a question or concern. She's a gem!
Said Azzaloualidine was our driver. He handled most everything with a calm demeanor while directing many helpers scurrying about, packing all our worldly goods. We appreciated his clear communication and (obviously) good driving skills! I do have a complaint though (see photo). Said attached the bar code sticker to the front of a piece of art. STICKERS SHOULD NEVER BE PLACED ON THE FRONT OF ANYTHING! The sticker removed all the paint, which has completely damaged the piece. Never. Place. A. Sticker. On. The. Front. Of. Anything.
Both packing/unpacking teams did a good job, though there were a few hiccups. Nothing note worthy. Well, except, your emailed documents noted that NOT TO BE MOVED signs should be on anything that stays put. However, the CA team did not honor those signs in a couple of instances. Again, an overall good job.

My move from North Carolina to New York was handled well by these companies. The preparation for the move was efficiently done by the representatives. A few (3) minor items got damaged (which happens) but the company processed a claim to reimburse me in full for the damaged items the same day after the claim was submitted, and they approved the full amount that I requested without any fuss, which is good customer service. None of the really big items like large flat screen TVs and electronics got damaged. They also delivered my items several days sooner than they had promised. The crew and the driver were very polite and professional, and worked very well on both ends of the move. They did not damage anything in the house I was leaving and in the house I moved to, and cleaned up after themselves. This was a very complex move with several delicate items, and it was completed to our satisfaction. Ace Relocation Systems and Atlas Van Lines are good companies that a customer can hire with confidence.

I've moved interstate several times, and this was by far my worst experience. Long story short, a failure to inventory completely, pad/wrap thoroughly, and load properly meant that we had both damage and loss. Our move coordinator was totally unreachable throughout the whole experience, and there was confusion on both load and delivery days. I would never move with this company again.

ACE Moving exceeded all expectations during both our moving and arrival days. From the outset, their communication was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring we knew exactly what to expect and when.

Was dreading the move. But, Ace was GREAT! Showed up on time; worked quickly; and were professional and competent. Delivery was equally easy. Hope never to do another big move; but, if we ever do, would definitely use them again.
