First of all, let me start by saying this place has the worst manager. He doesn't know how to deal with customers properly. He has poor management skills. I purchased my fourth canopy from this place and never had an issue with any of them till these last purchase. The top of the canopy wasn't fitting properly, so I called the store and notify them of the issue, They said go ahead, bring the top of the canopy and will exchange it. Once I got to the store, the manager approached me and said what is the issue with the canopy? I said it's not fitting correctly so I need to exchange the top. He immediately just said I did not assemble it correctly. I show them pictures and he still insisted that I didn't install it correctly. This is not my first canopy I set up I told him and I know exactly what the issue is. The canopy is short by a few inches. The whole time he insisted that I did it wrong, I was getting so frustrated that I was getting ready to just go home get the whole thing disassemble it and just return it. At the end, someone else showed up and gave me the top of the canopy. After this event, I'm never going back to the store.

We were looking for a canopy for New Years , asked around for rentals they were expensive. We ended up buying a 10x20 enclosed canopy with sidewalls for $227.00 . That was cheaper than any quote I got . And we get to keep it ! Very happy with our purchase.
