Everytime I see “Charles” he makes passive aggressive comments about my service dog “Banksy” this is not only a bummer for my customer experience but also a downer as a 1099 contractor through .
Everyone else is amazing and helpful- Rosa a manager is always so nice and helpful l. Eva is an overall gem and asset to the company - Alex is amazing in CS and Alicia at the checker!! They make the AMAZON experience pleasant. I understand client service is HUGE in representing is brand- they are calm with aggressive and irritated clientele- not sure why they are so understaffed in the store - they need more help there are many days where there is more than 8 to a line -> this is not ok for the company or the customer experience- #amazon #amazonfresh #clientcare #customer #experience

I was really excited for Santa Day and the store and staff is amazing- but this guy that works at Amazon Fresh - whom I have NEVER seen before set such a negative tone to me ad my daughter visiting Santa-our favorite checker- was taking a quick picture -with Santa- and this guy named Charles was literally asking her 10 question sin the middle of her Santa picture-- come to find out ---SHE WAS ON BREAK- and it took 2 MINUTES- I mean I've seen pictures of Amazon employees having to pee in bottles because of lake of breaks on TIKTOK but is Amazon that hard up for money to where they need to micromanager on employees breaks too!! What is going on??!!!! All workers do their job at this location the ONLY issue I have ever had was today-- and I feel like #amazon needs to do better by there employees- Today was supposed to be happy and ALL the workers looked stressed out!! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!!!??????

Missing items.Its almost impossible to get in contact with customer service trough the app.You have to claim each item individually and after the first time it gives you a hard time and errors.Finally got in contact with a representative and I couldn't understand him at all.He said for us to call back after 30 minutes or so because the system was down or something like that.Also they will only give you credit on amazon fresh not back to your card.So even if you dont want to shop with them anymore you will have to.Dont recomend dealing with that. They tell you to go to amazon/help and it doesnt work and the auto call hangs up.

806 this morning I stopped in and got their roasted chicken at their hot deli first customer in line to get the chicken I get out to my car I drive 50 miles away I opened the chicken to have lunch and it's raw I call Amazon ask for a refund for $5.97 and they said no you have to take it back there I said why can't you just add the money to my account I buy millions of dollars okay not millions I buy hundreds of dollars a month online from Amazon no they can't do that so now when you buy anything from the stores you got to literally open it up as soon as you buy it and make sure it's cooked if you're buying something that's cooked or make sure the milk isn't sour or whatever because they won't give you a refund like Walmart will

They have a great store manager. Staff is very helpful.

Don't know why California business are getting so brainless. All I can read must buy but not what flavor it is?? Why you need to write must buy for what??
back to 3 Stars :~( Love the Asian Girl in Returns she always so helpful... But otherwise the store is always frustrating.. Hand scanners not working, had to use my Amex card instead because things are not working.. The discount codes to get $2 or $10 off on purchase are so brainless the have 3 codes all together and of course the camera scanned the wrong one, like Amazon Logic IQ could not create one QR Code to give discount based on the purchase amount... I have a feeling this store will close because it cold and user unfriendly, no manager on duty.. How come nobody can copy trader joes business idea ?? Never ever a bad experience at Trader Joes. The have smart cashiers and like 10 of them, usually 2 managers always there and 5 people unpacking things that's a business concept that works, not some BS with making it difficult for customers, never a manager on duty and one register open...

Well, I was very pleasantly surprised by Amazon Fresh! I usually shop at the larger grocery stores, but I wanted to try Amazon Fresh! Well… I loved it! Really, there is not much they do not have available for the consumer and very particular grocery shoppers like me! The only thing they didn’t have was the Bubba Burgers - Angus- which, I really like, but they had everything else I shop for and the customer service is just excellent!!! I’ll be shopping at Amazon Fresh! (They should pay me for advertising, lol!) Really, though, it was great! I cannot complain! Nice job, Mr. Bezos!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went to pick an online order and the service was HORRENDOUS!
The clerk that VERY rudely assisted me was insanely confrontational. He acted as if I was bothering him and couldn’t be bothered to actually smile and help me without the angry attitude . I decided to speak to the manager instead of allowing my anger to jump over the counter and you could tell she had ZERO interest in hearing my complaint. I’m sure NOTHING will happen to correct the inexcusable behavior that should NERVER be allowed.
The Spring & Palo Verde location is the closest store but will be looking for another store for my groceries and definitely NO MORE online order pickups.
