I’m a regular customer at the same ampm usually employees are very nice and let customers use the restroom today. I went in at my regular time and there was a Hispanic mom with her children waiting for the restroom. The kids really needed to go. The bathroom was being used by an employee that refused to give me his name, when he came out, he yelled at the kids and the mom in English. The mom didn’t know English and she was just saying that they were kids and that they really needed to use the restroom. That’s why they were knocking on the door and he yelled at another employee for letting them use the restroom. I explained to him that they were just kids. And he shouldn’t have yelled at them. He replied with he didn’t care, but the bathroom is not for customers, but yet other employees to let customers use the restroom. I told him I was going to speak to his manager. He told me another employee was a manager that employee said he, indeed wasn’t the manager and continued to yell and harass me as a customer. It is unacceptable to be an employee and have such anger towards kids and customers paying at that…

I am a client here at this Specific AmPm for about 3 weeks now and everyday I am always greeted from the nicest, most heart warming welcome by a worker named "Angelica" she is a person who has empathy for others and is dedicated to her Job everyday I see that she makes sure that the store is clean, tidy, that there is always fresh coffee and food on the counters, I can see how hard she works, how she treats her customers with respect and dignity and most of all her kindness and compassion always makes my day. I am glad to say that I am a client here at Ampm and because of her she makes me feel right at home.

Was overcharged on icee xl , charged 5.50 instead if 2.63. Actually this location and the one on atlantic. The one i went to on downey only charged 1.63

Unbelievable! Went yesterday and purchased chips, drinks and $25 of gas. Went to the pump and it wasn't working. Went inside and after some investigating the clerk told me that a man in a red car paid a few dollars on a pump on the other side. He must of had someone waiting in the car outside because they pulled around, pumped my gas and drove off. I asked for the pump to be reset and he went and got the manager. Ziomara the manager said I am sorry but we do not refund gas purchases. I said I do not want a refund I want the $25 in gas I paid for. She said I am sorry we can't do that! My whole family uses Arco but now we will be taking our business to shell! Terrible customer service making me pay the price for a dishonest customer. Like ARCO doesn't make enough money. Would give it zero stars if I could!

They don't provide receipts at the pump, you have to go in. If they think this will make me buy something inside the store - think again! Terrible customer service.
