I stopped by this AT&T store to get my grandmothers account fixed. Unfortunately my grandma was taken advantage of due to her being elderly & highly over charged & even added another two lines to her account. My grandmother originally came in because she thought her phone was hacked. She told the agent Yadira who just offered my grandmother a promotion on a new phone and added two other lines to her account. My grandmother is 83 years old and just needed assistance on her phone. LUCKILY, Richard was able to assist & fix everything. My grandmother has her original number back, old phone & all other extras that were added are taken off. YADIRA YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AND THIS WILL BE ESCALATED TO COOPERATE! THANK YOU RICHARD FOR YOUR HONESTY & POSITIVE ATTITUDE ON FIXING THIS ISSUE!! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE POR FAVOR!

THIS IS THE BEST AT&T store in Southern Calif.The people here actually listen and solve the issues at hand.Ricky is a great person who solves alot of problems that other stores have created.I trust him 100% and he is knowledgble and profesional. The staff here is exceptional.I personally will only come to this store its a bit out of my way but I feel this is the way all AT&T stores shoul.d be.They are excellent and deserve some recognition.10 STARS FOR THE #1 AT&T Store at 106 Eazt Willow St. Long Beach ,,California.

Since day one that we entered this store the Manager Andrea guided us in a situation we had with our lines. She went over all our charges and explained everything in detail. We have been at this location a few times and they have great customer service all the time. Instead of giving us the run around they have put their attention on our situation even when they didn't cause the issues on our account. Diego & Richard have aliviated some of the stress and have made us feel that things would get solved after 3 months feeling like no one was helping. Also educated us on our services and first net. I recommend this location from any others in Long Beach or signal hill.

Great Service ! Knowledgeable Staff! District manager Jet was in and helped out immensely. Javier was also so helpful and knew exactly what to say and how to fix the problem I was having! Ricky was also very experienced. Staff was trustworthy and welcoming. Highly recommend shopping here :) Customer service is on POINT!

Okay so I’ve come in here twice in the last month. First time phone wouldn’t charge or turn on had zero damage just happened over night, tried everything I could find online before bringing it in. Andrea G was there that day and fixed my phone in a matter of minutes. She was super nice and made sure to show me what I could do if this happened again. In and out in five minutes! Thank you Andrea the magician ???Second time I came in was for gf’s phone which we dropped off a balcony and was severely damaged. Diego helped us and it took a long while, he helped us figure out the insurance situation and waited for us to look for passwords and sign in to other devices to get info, he was just super patient with us. He also made sure to let us know about getting money for the damaged phone and what discounts were available and ways we could save money and stuff. When we checked out at the end we got a special after buying the case and protector that allowed us to get anything under forty for free. He didn’t just tell us that, he took us over and showed us cool products that we may need that we’re the best value for that free item. I am not a tech person at all and both these employees took the time to answer all my probably ridiculous questions and explains things so I could understand.Staff is on point here. Thank you

The workers should be fired useless store help say for 20 mins no one tried to help me. The finally sold me screen protector after I had to finally ask for someone to check me out. They run my card it goes through it is debt withdrawal w pin happens immediately. They say because no receipt printed they won't give me item unless i pay again it's l ready withdrawn $50 from my account. I tell them I want to talk to manager conveniently not there and unreachable. Hopefully corporate see this and fires them all. I'll be reporting them for fraud to my bank and authorities

My mom and I walked into the store to upgrade my iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14 and to add a family plan to my account. The staff and Rocky (the sales associate who helped us with the entire transaction) made the process smooth. Ricky is very knowledgeable and makes your experience as less painful as possible. Will definitely be coming back to this store in the future! I'm happy there's finally an AT&T store on the west side!
