Don't use this company if you need a notary!! I needed a consent form for a child passport to be signed. So the dad and I meet up there and he signs the forms and gives the notary, Jignesh Dadhania, his Driver's License &fingerprint. I pay and the forms are handed back to me. I look at them and see the bottom section, which is to be completed by a notary is not signed. I ask J, "What about this part?" He dead ass looked me in my eyes and said, "In California the notaries don't have to fill out that part, they just have to attach this form to the Consent form, (which he did)." I questioned him a 2nd time, and he repeated himself, but this time he added that "He does this all the time and this is how the notaries in California do it now." I figured he knew what he was talking about and since this IS CALIFORNIA, (where they make up new laws and rules on a daily), I accepted the forms and left. 2 weeks later, I go to the US Post Office near LAX to get my daughter's passport. I'm fighting rain, potholes in the raggedy streets, a bunch of walk-ins, (that's been posted up at the Post Office since 5am, they open at 9), kids coughing without covering their mouth while the parents stand there and watch this happen......just to have the worker tell me that the "Consent Form is INCOMPLETE!!!" She said the "Notary was supposed to sign the bottom portion". Which is the f** part I questioned him about!! I told her what he told me about this being CA, and she said "NO, the bottom portion has to be filled out by the notary." I was so mad. Freaking incompetent!!! I don't even live in Long Beach, but I will make a trip back up there to get my money bck. He wasted my time, money and gas! I try to support small businesses, but this won't be one of them. I know tons of people who work and live in the Long Beach area, since I'm a Longshoreman, and I will tell everyone at work to NOT patronize this company.

Livescan appointment. Made same day appointment. Always best to call ahead. He got me in after 30 minutes. The price advertised is the vendor fee. The government fee is always higher, check the government website for current fee schedule. Right now it is $59, the fee from the vendor is $25 dollars for a total of $74 cash.

I go here cause it's convenient across from home since you have to drive to everything in long beach. The owner is a nice person but the employee he has that comes to cover for him when he leaves town once year is a complete wacko. Very rude from the get go . I went in looking to purchase cause she was hurt by another customer's reaction even though as an employee you should never step down to the customer level. So because of that she treated me the same way the customer before me and she refused to sell me anything . I'm a very nice person but when your rude I'll be even more rude back. I've been coming for years an never has such a terrible customer service. Even when reaching out to the owner seemed he didn't care much for her actions. Never will I come to this place again an id advise no one else should if that's how they do business with long time customers.

As a small business owner, I am so grateful that Jig and Atlantic Mail Plus are here in the East Village! As a UPS drop off center, I am able to get all of my customers' packages out promptly and reliably by dropping off at Atlantic Mail Plus 6 days a week! Jig offers so many services and has been a staple in the community for an impressive 26 years, so he knows his stuff! We have used him also for Passport photos and other services. Highly recommend!

Called to do a live scan. Asked for an appointment and the man on the phone said I couldn't do it today since I had no appointment. I asked for the next availability and he hung up. Unreliable, unprofessional, unhelpful.
