Iviz was very attentive, warm and professional, and knowledgeable about my needs and anticipated all of my requests all the while offering great discounts and adjustments to my bill, so I ended up saving money which was very unexpected and of course got a brand new phone.

Went to AT&T today with a minor phone issue and Richard truly turned an annoying inconvenience into a pleasant and productive experience. Not only did he completely fix what was wrong, but he provided me with the tools and knowledge to help in future incidents while showing genuine kindness and hospitality! More people should seriously be like this guy- couldn’t be more pleased!

Iviz Montes was absolutely amazing. I dreaded the trip to the store because historically it's been a nightmare at other stores. He was extremely helpful in adding a line, transferring my mom's number, ensuring discounts were accurate, and was super professional. Later that day, my mom's previous carrier failed to release the number. Iviz went above and beyond by calling them and handling everything for us on the spot. He didn't have to do this. He saved us so much stress and time. THANK YOU IVIZ!
