Don't bother. ATT is a horrible company who just rips off their customers. The reps there really don't help at all.

The manager Luis was so friendly and helpful. He simultaneously triaged multiple customers in the store while he sorted out my returns and purchases. Despite being so busy he made us all feel like our presence / time was respected. Usually i walk into other att stores and feel like I'm just adding to their work/stress. Will only return to this att store from now on.

Brandon was super helpful. I called earlier in the day to ensure the phone I wanted to upgrade to was in stock. When I arrived a few hours later to upgrade my phone and do a turn in on my old phone, Brandon assisted me and everything was a smooth informative process. 10/10 recommend this store due to their customer service alone!!

Came in to buy an IPhone, took about five minutes to be acknowledged that I was in the store because salesman was with another client. That's fine. I asked if there was another sales rep that could possibly help me. He put his head in the door to the back room and came out and said it would be 15 minutes because he was doing inventory. I asked "Can inventory wait so he could come and wait on a customer? " The response was, "I don't know, no, I just work here". And so I left. There are plenty of places to buy iPhones, I suggest you find one. I think when you spend $1000, there should be a little bit of attention made to you.

I went to the Att store and transfer my line. Anthony was very knowledgeable and made it easy to transfer my number to Att. Highly recommend looking for a new service.

I was angry when I entered the store because I was having problems with Verizon and when I arrived at the ATT store earlier, it was still closed at 10:20 so I left. But returned later and after Brandon helped me, for over an hour, explaining what causes dropped calls in that region and the best options for my circumstance were, I decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T and I have no dropped calls since. Brandon made me feel like I was his only customer. I went in angry and left happy. He was knowledgeable and professional, no matter how grouchy I got! He's the best in my book.

I gave this one star because you cannot post a review without giving them at least one star.Go somehwere else. Based on my experience I'm getting rid of ATT.I needed to replace a water damaged phone. The girl, after she said she couldn't tell what kind of phone it was, said she "wouldn't" help me because I had complained that it was her job to know. The phone was one I got from that same ATT store.Not as punishment but to prevent her from destroying your business she should be fired. Didn't get her name.

A great experience upgrading our family plan with Tony, who seamlessly and clearly explained the benefits of a new plan! He also helped my mom who is a senior set up a new iPhone and transfer over all of her apps, contacts, and photos! If you have an older relative or parent who needs a patient and caring sales person at AT&T, I definitely recommend asking for Tony!

If you want GREAT CUSTOMER service and awesome knowledge come to the AT&T store on 2nd in LB and speak w/Drew the manager or Miguel in Sales. Not only did I come out with what I wanted but I left with everything my new phone needed!!! Thanks guys if I could give them 10 ⭐️ stars

Tony was amazing. Best customer service I’ve experienced in years! Extremely informative and helpful. Explained device related information, tech info, an even what to expect on our bill. I will be going back to see him for all my further needs.

The best service and experience I have ever been fortunate enough to stumble upon. Tony was able to answer all of my questions quickly and in an easy to understand way. His technical knowledge of the provider and hardware side was also very helpful; he somehow managed to get me what I wanted and needed at the lowest cost available to me; set everything up and online ( simultaneously working on 3 of my devices at once) Android and Apple. I don’t how he managed it but I’m glad I didn’t have to. I work in server rooms and we can’t figure these things out. I’ll be back to purchase a watch for my daughter later this month. Just go to 2nd st ask for Tony and don’t worry. Easy no fuss no nonsense.
