If you're an AT&T customer like me, you are at the mercy of their customer service (which lacks respect, grace, and overall basic good manners). This is a retail site which means they can (and do) treat their customers as if they're a bother. (You want solid customer service? Go to the corporate location near the Lakewood Mall). I purchased the iPhone 15 for my son's birthday and the guy that helped me mentioned that if we wanted to exchange it for the Max, we could. He informed me that there would be a $30 restocking fee (it's actually a $55 restocking fee). I went back today and the same worker was there with a female "manager" who had the personality of a rock. Our presence made it seem as if we were infringing on her social media time, and even though our transaction was easy, she offered no apology for the miscommunication from the male worker. When the male worker heard that I wanted to exchange the phone, his response was, "I told you that you should've gotten the Max." Um what? Luckily we were able to complete the transaction without further issue, but definitely will be avoiding this location in the future. Stick to the corporate sites as you will receive informed and respectful customer service.

Manager made a mistake and refuses to correct it.Went to the store to upgrade to a new phone but ended up cancelling. The manager said everything was cancelled but I was still seeing monthly installment payments for the phone I never purchased. Went back the first time to bring this up and was told they “fixed it” again.A month later the installment was still on my bill so I went to a corporate ran ATT store instead. The employee there was much more knowledgeable and was able to see that the manager of the Atlantic ATT store never reversed the installment portion of the phone upgrade. He showed me what went wrong, gave me printed records to keep, and sent me back to the Atlantic store since the store which issued the installment had to cancel it.The manager at the Atlantic store immediately said she couldn’t do anything and told me to call customer service despite me explaining the situation and showing the receipt. Defensive for no reason and completely dismissive. Not to mention they’ve been charging me $25 a month for a purchase I was told was cancelled.Save yourself the headache, drive the extra few minutes to a corporate store.

Avoid this store, and AT&T. First off, AT&T service is extremely spotty in the surrounding areas of Bixby Knolls and Cal Heights. Regularly drops calls throughout the area. Second, the representative added multiple hidden charges to my bill - a "Protection Plan" and also the "Next Up" Feature, on multiple lines. I tried to cancel these and get a refund and was not provided anything.

Everything went smooth. Crystal helped me and she answered all my questions and concerns, very friendly and kind. Evelyn & Jordan are super friendly as well very professional representatives. Overall my experience at this store was great. I will be returning to this location again. -OLM-

Incredible I just called and asked the woman for her name so you would know who I was talking to because I want to come in. I did want to come in and switch my service from Verizon to AT&T and she refused to give me her name. So I would probably stay away from these people in the store.

I came here yesterday and was helped by Andrea. She literally made my day, she was so kind and professional and knew how to answer every question I had. Before she was able to help me I witnessed her having a really bad experience with one of the customers who got violent with her and I saw there were no other employees on shift with her and I didn’t know how to even help her, because I think we were all concerned for her safety. While she still remained calm and professional. She mentioned to me and another customer that she will be able to help us simultaneously and she did just that. I wish there was more I could do for her, she just deserves to be acknowledged for her hard work and professionalism because anybody else would have left the store after being attacked by a customer. Andrea did the opposite and still was able to help out every customer in a timely manner. I wish you the best Andrea, thank you so much!
