This is the worst place I've ever been. I had a question about returning my iPhone. As I walked in the guy completely just stared at me. I said hello in an awkward manner, still nothing. He didn't want to help me obviously I asked him about returning the cellphone and he's like I don't know let me ask my coworker. And disappeared in the back. Completely rude. I just walked out. Obviously they can't help me

I had the best experience at the AT&T store on Lakewood Blvd. at the Long Beach Exchange. I walked in on a whim, because the store happened to be located next to another business I was patronizing. I had been having ongoing issues with my cell phone, but they weren’t major, so I just dealt with it. When I walked in, the customer service representative immediately greeted me. She looked up my account and, to my surprise, I was eligible for a free upgrade. My phone was four years old. Not only did I upgrade my phone, I was able to upgrade my Apple Watch for free, since it too was eligible for an upgrade. Yecenia could have stopped there, but she went above and beyond to take a comprehensive look at my account. There were several miscellaneous items on my account that I was not aware of and I do not use. Yecenia was able to remove those items and get me discounts that dropped my bill by more than $35 a month. I am so grateful for the team at AT&T. They were patient, attentive, knowledgeable and caring. They made me feel like a rockstar! Thank you!

Fraudulent business practice! This is a third-party store no connection with corporate! I came in with my parents to make the ease of transitioning their old phones toward new cellular plans. The associate was doing her part by navigating the selling process and explaining the promotional lingo for returning phones and upgrading to newer ones. The process appeared to go well, but unbeknownst to me I left the store, thinking they were in good hands. 3 weeks later my parents informed me that the process didn't come with a billing receipt because the store had run out of paper. Upon hearing that I could almost guarantee future headaches were coming. I came to find out, this slime-ball associate had created 2 more cellphone lines that were now attached to my mother's account. Upon returning to the store, we came to find that associate no longer worked there,instead, she was transferred to a different location. The current manager informed my parents that she cannot help the situation because she was not there during the original transaction. So now it's an ongoing battle with AT&T. Part of an AT&T forum notes that, They "Over Inflate" the Bill with intent to get a higher commission, but the AT&T Customer is left with every single Line Item on their Bill Increased exponentually. The AT&T Services employee gets a Higher Commission on the sale that they screwed into the ground crooked, but the AT&T customer spends the next month trying to correct the MASSIVE OVER BILLING caused by the AT&T Services employee who remains out of touch and with no part in making corrections. Avoid this store!

The employees here are great . Good service and knowledgeable. I came to upgrade my phones they were very nice and even resolved a previous issue I had. Crystal was the girl attending me and her associates were very helpful .

Avoid this store at all cost and go to an actual AT&T store unless you wish to lose time and money. This store is not an official corporate store but a retailer who has franchised the AT&T name. You will know the difference in how knowledgeable the representatives are. The representative told me a number of misleading information. For instance, she told me that ATT was not able to do Android to iPhone transfer. When I pressed her about this, she told me that she did not how to do it herself. In addition, she wrote on the brand new iPhone box and opened the box. When I went to return it to the official ATT store, they told me that because she did this, I would be charged $55 restocking fee even though I had only had the phone for a day. We paid the money and just went with the official store anyway to avoid anymore issues.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. The people that work at this store have no idea what they are doing. We were changing over from Verizon and instead of setting us up on a regular account they set us up with a business account. We tried to cancel it and have been dealing with AT&T over the phone for months now. Not only did they mess up our account, make us pay more than double we were suppose too, the employees here are extremely unprofessional and outright rude. Save yourself the headache and go to a different cell provider.

Very poor customer service skills and lack of knowledge. Employee became upset when I asked questions and instead of answering the questions himself he asked his manager every single time because he didn't know the answers. They even sent me to a corporate store because they could not help me with a simple issue.

I had a buy online and pick up instore order and the woman with long eye lashes sitting in front assumed there was no order. Before even looking into the system. Bad experience!!!

Very little knowledge on a simple issues. Sent my to a corporate store and gave me the wrong directions. WTH?!?!
