I was on a weekend getaway and my check engine light came on and I stopped into the local Auto Zone. They were very busy, but took the tone to show me how yo use heir scanner for free under my dash. The issue was exactly what I thought it might be as I just changed a sensor. They even printed out a report free of charge and I simply returned to my mechanic to replace the new part, which apparently was delivered to him faulty. All is well that ends well. Excellent customer service and I was happy with my visit.

Since I don't know anything about cars, I came to this auto zone to ask for help, but no one helped me how to use the scanner.

Ibrahim at the Auto Zone in long beach on Atlantic and South is an exception human being he helped me change out a bad battery..and taught me things I didn't know ...I will be coming back to this location forever

Start location did not have exactly what I needed.So they shopped around and not that far away.Reserved served the part for me.So I was able to drive over there and pick it up and quickly leave period thanks autozone team!

Danny Nunez an honest snd excellent worker! Helped refund an item that another co-worker charged me for and said that I needed. In auto parts stores, Service is the most important thing. Two things matter, knowledge, and willingness to help and go an extra mile to make sure that you are taking care of. The staff in the store is great, especially Miguel. I came in for a low beam halogen bulb for my Tigon. Of course, nothing is straightforward. And Miguel helped me out to the point of making sure that this is bulb was exactly what I needed and it fit in my car matching the other side. Thank you so much! The employees like this make me come back again!

Friendly staff. Small store, which can lead to limited supplies occasionally. Otherwise, the location is ideal. If I need an emergency part, I can walk it.
