Went to dump oil, asked if I could wash my hands in the restroom, it’s never an issue. They said no and I asked what happened, I've dumped oil here before and they let me wash my hands after. Another employee or the manager interrupts and says “I’ve never seen you before and I worked here forever.” Great Customer service.

Dennis the manager is absolutely amazing and kind ,helpful and Carlos was super knowledgeable and helpful he was such a sweetheart helping myself and my daughter with battery issues. I would highly recommend the AutoZone on Willow and Santa Fe in Long Beach California.
