Great AutoZone. Everyone has always been helpful letting me connect their Diagnostic Code Reader to my car, then providing me a comprehensive list of parts & prices. Between this branch & the one on Anaheim I can always get what I need same day. I bring batteries in for free recharge & diagnostics. On few occasions when my battery needed replacement, AutoZone provided me great options with warranty.

I'm always happy with the service at AutoZone. They make it easy to find exactly what I need between the detailed search tool on their website and the in-store help. I appreciate that they offer free services like battery checks, which I took advantage of today when I suspected my battery was on its last legs. Once confirmed they had a variety of options for replacements depending on my budget and installed the new battery & disposed of the old one despite the inclement weather.

A relative and I needed a new car battery. Armando V. was very helpful in finding a new battery for us. He also helped us switch out our battery. Ordered a cabin air filter on 6/29/23, they told me it would arrive by 7/5. After several calls and visits to the store, still hasn’t arrived, they also lost records of the order. On 7/27 I went to the store with a receipt and asked for a refund, they told how do we know you didn’t pick it up and you are lying to us. I will never go back to that store and may never go back to Autozone again. I’ve noticed the deterioration in the quality of customer service, and the lack of knowledgeable associates. I’ve been a customer for about 25 years and it used to be one of my favorite stores.

We were recommended to AutoZone by housemates when the check engine light came on. They did the scan and found the probable cause--the thermostat. We also discovered on our own that there is a coolant leak which will be addressed ASAP.The staff we met with were very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this location.

Lazy kids working there asked for a oil filter for my motorcycle and he tells I have to bring the part in to "cross reference" like the whole point of me calling is to not waste my time driving there for noting I'm not new to this I worked at AutoZone for years before you can just go to ztask and look up the bike it'll give you a part -# management needs to get their game up and teach them a thing or two

Easy "car" experience I have ever had. Vinal (can't spell) was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. I came in to replace my filters (which where pretty bad! Whoopsie!) and he helped be change them out. I would highly recommend coming here and working with this team. Thanks again vinal!
