Pulled up with a dead battery pretty late too car wouldn’t start in there parking lot didn’t have time to charge and inspect it so bought a new one a young employee name jesse didn’t hesitate to volunteer to install it for me and my girl overall he was a outstanding guy professional and friendly and really helpful thanks a lot bro

Johnny was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me with anys parts I needed for my car. Most places won’t help you even if your a woman and will just send you to an aisle. Johnny did the exact opposite and helped me with everything I needed. Johnny saved my day it’s hot outside and my ac wasn’t working at all, thanks to him I won’t pass out and my AC feels like Antarctica

Left dome light on and the battery died. Took the battery to Auto Zone on Atlantic in Long Beach - and they did a fast charge (2 hours), and the battery works great!
I was treated with Courtesy, Dignity and Respect.
The best thing about it - the service to charge a battery is free!

Went in because my car had trouble starting due to my battery. They checked it and found the right one for my car. Cinthia installed it for me and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Amazing service!

My visit was on March 12 at 8:37pm. My apologies for not remembering the young man's name. He helped me collect my order, then checked my oil and added the additional oil I had just purchased. Hi five to the young man in his exceeding the guests expectations and being on it. ???
