I purchase a new car battery and was helped by looking over the different batteries, brands, costs, and warranties. All very clearly and with no pressure to buy any one brand. After selecting the battery, I asked the employee if I could borrow some tools, they did with no hesitation and they even helped me by taking the battery to my car. The whole process to review, buy and install my battery took about 15 minutes. This store has very good customer service and the staff is always willing to answer questions.
