Went to the back and cashed my check, then went to the ATM and deposited my money because the bank doesn't allowed you to safely cash and then deposit your money with the cashier . When I deposited my money on the ATM it just took my money, no receipt So I went to get help and the General Manager told me that they aren't responsible and that she couldn't help me at all. That Bank of america doesn't owned thr atms but they do take your money and let other organizations to manage them. But when problems like money lost they can't help you. Now they haven't helped me at all. First they said in 2 days I was going to be credited my $4,000.00 I lost on the ATM. Now they told me that despite that it was money for my mortgage. That money may be credited in 45 days and they can't do anything about it. So for all that big issues I don't have money for Christmas, pay my Mortgage and they aren't helping me at all. Bank of America should be a protected and trust institution, but it seems they are not. Because as of now I don't have money thanks to their failure to help me even I have been their costumer for years already. No money for my mortgage or any Christmas at all. Who can I contact or who can help me get my money? Bank of America has been useless and not helping me at all. I am so disappointed and stressed because I fell like they are robbing me and I don't even have money to pay my mortgage and I could risk losing my house for their mistake and not helping me the way they should. All these happened on their Long Beach CA Willow location and their manager did nothing to help me out Don't do business with an institution that will robbed you or won't help you resolve the problems you may encounter while banking with them

I never in a million years thought I would review a bank branch but my experience with Vanessa today warrants it. I've been with Bank of America for 20 years and was 100% ready to close my account today out of frustration. I had what was seemingly a very simple issue that I couldn't handle on the mobile app, online, or over the phone. They told me I had to come into a branch. I've been to 2 other branches and not even a manager could help me figure this out. Today's appointment was my last attempt and I was certain nobody would be able to help me here. I was ready to be done with BofA. Not only did Vanessa figure out how to help me, she showed me how I could do it on my mobile app which I was told I couldn't do and couldn't figure out how to do (& I'm good with tech!). Not even management at other branches could figure it out and even told me to give them a few days and ignored me! Vanessas kind and knowledgeable help today restored my faith in BofA. She also truly cared about my situation and what I was going through. She's a gem! I appreciate her beyond words! Thank you!!

this really convenient ATMs located on the corner of Willow and daisy. It's awesome that they have these outside and you can get some fresh fruit from the vendor right next-door if even feel so inclined stopping a break out and get some cool shoes and some threads but make sure you come stay with us in the parking lot after 530 and don't forget to pick up your trash. I've been a customer with Bank of America since the 70's. It was late realizing I couldn't find my ATM card, the branch is 5 minutes from my home. I thought I would get a temporary card due to all the scammers during the pandemic, that ship has sailed. I have the app on my phone so Humberto #manager helped me do a digital card until my arrives I was in and out within 10 minutes. Thanks Humberto...

Security guard of January 26 suck doesn't do anything just stare at people he's nice guy BUT I know when something goes down to argument where is he no where to be found hiding inside corner! What a waste of time being there rather get a someone do security guard plz do better

for being the largest businesses in the Wrigley corridor they do not take any pride on the exterior of their location nor do anything to help clean the exterior. This branch is dated and is an eye sore. Always a line outside. They're very eager to take our cash but do nothing to better the neighborhood. Stains and trash outside are constant and instead of taking the lead to promote this up and coming area and spearhead clean ups they rely on neighbors such as myself to sweep up the outside. One of my customers wrote me a check and they have an account with Bank of America, so I went there to cash the check and they charged me eight dollars to cash a check from one of their own customers. This is ridiculous. That's why I bank with Chase.

The worst bank ever this particular one manager super rude and slowww 2 tellers for more than 10 customers just went in to cash my check 30 min in line! And they are just fine moving like sloths not caring someone should do something about this

Tips for this location -Get more tellers and not just employees walking around looking at the lines -Put some music on. There's always over 10 people in line just waiting I think music will help waiting in a 30min line more bearable.

We asked Yuri diaz the bank manager. If she can help out by opening more teller windows . For the long line that was forming. She told us that she can't do anything about it. But there was other workers that was not doing anything at the time. It is a Friday and also memorial week end. This is just bad service. We were in line for more the 45 mins. I will close out my account to day and take my money to another bank to do my business.

Worst costumer Service ever. My mother and I went to ask some questions and the employee who "helped" us was so rude and didn't let me my mother talk and kept saying no without even hearing what we had to say. Her name is Olga, I hope the management do something about it. Worst experience ever. Never going back

Worst Bank of America branch I ever been too. 2 tellers? Lazy bank managers that would rather have side conversations among each other than greet guests. I became a Bank of America customer in 2006 and will end it now in 2019
