Disappointed with Service at Bank of America Long Beach Branch, specifically the Branch Manager Ana. She racially profiled me and continues to do so. As a longstanding customer of Bank of America with both personal and business accounts, I have always valued the convenience and reliability of your services. However, my recent experience at the Long Beach branch has left me deeply troubled and dissatisfied. On the aforementioned date, I visited the branch to withdraw money for legitimate business purposes. Despite presenting valid identification, including my California driver's license and US passport, I was subjected to unwarranted suspicion and scrutiny by the branch manager, Ana. Ana's demeanor was dismissive and discriminatory from the moment she approached me. It was evident that her actions were influenced by prejudiced assumptions about me based solely on my appearance as a Mexican individual. Despite having no legitimate reason to deny my request, Ana abruptly refused to process my transaction, citing her own discomfort. Not only was Ana's behavior unprofessional and offensive, but it also hindered my ability to conduct necessary business transactions. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation calmly and reasonably, Ana remained obstinate and failed to offer any viable solutions. Following the incident, I reached out to Bank of America's customer service to report the issue and seek resolution. While the representative I spoke with acknowledged Ana's misconduct, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of clarity regarding when this matter will be addressed and resolved. Racial discrimination has no place in any institution, especially one as reputable as Bank of America. It is imperative that swift and decisive action is taken to address this matter and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I urge you to thoroughly investigate this incident, provide appropriate training and counseling to Ana, and reaffirm the bank's commitment to diversity and inclusion. As a result of this unacceptable experience, I am seriously reconsidering my continued patronage of Bank of America. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

I strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative banking options, as Bank of America has proven to be highly inadequate in providing timely and satisfactory service.

Deeply disappointed in bank of America's lack of staff and the long wait times. It is quite evident that they have not prioritized customer service or made any real effort to improve efficiency. Please staff your location accordingly so customers are spending unnecessary excess time waiting to be seen

I understand that banks can sometimes experience busy periods, but it is the responsibility of the management to anticipate and address these situations adequately. It is clear that Bank of America has failed in fulfilling this responsibility. As a customer, I expect better service and a reasonable waiting time. In this regard, Bank of America has fallen drastically short.

This bank is a joke, the wait times were excruciatingly long. Customers, including myself, were left standing for extended periods, leading to frustration and impatience. This kind of disrespect for customers' time is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Bank of America's commitment to providing efficient services.

As I waited for what felt like an eternity, I looked around in utter disbelief at the lack of staff available to assist the customers. There were at least two other employees standing idly behind the counter, seemingly uninterested in addressing the growing line or assisting the overwhelmed teller. It was as if the concept of customer service did not exist.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Bank of America and feel compelled to share my frustrations with others. The lack of staff and excessively long wait times have been nothing short of intolerable. On my most recent visit to the bank, I arrived during what seemed to be a particularly busy time. However, instead of the bank adequately preparing and accommodating for the high customer volume, I found myself standing in a line that seemed to go on forever. There was only a single teller available for us customers, which is absurd for a bank of this size and reputation.

I love how “sorry” and “disappointing” it is for the BofA Financial Center (whatever that is) to hear all these complaints.I’ve been a BofA customer since the 80’s and this, my local branch, is just a building with ATM machines in it.I asked the manager, for weeks, if the branch was closing. He said no, we just don’t have any tellers available….This is absurd…The whole thing is to get everyone to use machines and the internet to do business.American “customer NO service”

Bank of America doesn't care about their customers anymore and this office is the proof! This office is never staffed properly and everything takes forever! The only redeeming aspect of this location is Alex, the Manager, who does an exceptional job dealing in a no-win environment by trying to help.

Don't come to this branch. They don't have any tellers working, ever. Big waste of time. All you can use are the ATMs. They have offices and a counter for the tellers, but it's all unused and empty.

Went in today 1 elderly lady waiting n i.......the teller line blocked off ....NO TELLERS WORKING ?? with money order refund questions to avoid hassles.... floor manager was helping me & Karen walks in and interrupted my questions........ ;(( I said excuse me I'm doing my business....she continues with her rudness then says ..F.U. so I finished my questions and returned to her expressing myself in defense and exactly as she did to me. The manager should have told her ..excuse I'm with this customer take a seat I'll be right with you, but he fed into her and gave her the entitlement to act superior to me & the lady waiting. Sometimes you have to speak up or Karen will takeover your peace. GZz
