So glad i found this spot! Ive been doing my taxes with liberty tax and stopped doing business with them because they never submitted my state refund and so i never got a stimulis check! I saw this business had great reviews and so i called them and they said i was able to come in without an appointment. I was greeted by everyone and was helped out by Magdalene. She's super sweet and helpful. I briefly told her about my situation with liberty tax. She told me they also scammed her years ago! Another associate overheard our convo and came to ask about my situation with liberty tax. Then the owner Nasseif, came to me as well and they all gave me advice on what to do about liberty tax, which i really appreciated because i thought there was nothing i was able to do about it but now i know i can go after them. The service was very quick and Magdalene showed me everything she was submitting and broke everything down. I thought i was going to have to pay taxes this year but i ended up getting a refund! Their fees are very affordable and they even gave me a discount!! I left very happy! My family and i are going here from now on! I highly recommend this tax business! I also love the diversity here! I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a good experience. That’s why I keep coming back! I have had a lot of concerns or questions regarding my taxes and he and his team have always been so helpful and clear on educating me and showing me how things works and explains clearly about my tax return. I have some new questions and ready to ask him and his team for help when I do my taxes there next year!

I’ve done taxes with H&R Block for Years and I’ve never had this horrible experience. I’ve have completed my tax return since February 2022, and it’s been almost 6 months since I’ve waited my refund! Usually H&R Block I received it within a few weeks!! I’ve called and still no help!!!

I'll only write a bad review if I really don't appreciate or dislike the customer service. A friend recommended me to this location. I decided to go and give them a try. The lady that helped me was super kind, but I did have a hard time understanding her bc of her accent. She told me approximately I would be receiving around $5k. But she had to go on her lunch and her co-worker helped me and it ended up going down to $4k which I should of asked why I was told 2 different refund amounts. So I went ahead and ended up filing my taxes anyways. I do feel like you get overcharged for doing your taxes. I been to other locations where they charge less. But continuing the story, I filed my taxes on Mid February this year & ended up getting denied my social has been getting used. Which I'm aware it's been happening these past few years so I been using the PIN the IRS sends me to verify I'm saying who I am. 2-3 days later I file my taxes through mail. It's now been 5 DAMN way too long months. Completely understand the whole COVID situation and them being understaffed, the IRS. Not long ago I get a call from one of the ladies from "Best Tax Services," I easily recognize who I'm speaking too but I'm just bad with names. She asked me if I received my taxes yet. I just tell them no and that I'm pretty upset, having to wait this long and she tells me they have other customers of waiting for their refunds as well. Lastly, she said to pay them as soon as I get it. Mind you I'm already irritated waiting this long for my tax refund. Today I get a call from the same lady asking if I already received my tax refund yet and I told her no & that I called the IRS and they told me to wait another 16 weeks and sounds hesitant and replied with "when you receive your taxes come pay them." At this point I'm pretty annoyed like how are you gonna tell me to pay you if I haven't received my refund. Obviously I know I have to. Wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family to come here. I don't fully feel like I got enough help from any of them besides the lady who helped me through the 1st half of taxes.

Called me over and over again asking the same questions, which worried me. He charged me 2x the amount than H&R Block. I had zero trust in this company. I gave him a one rating a month ago and he had it deleted. So becareful of his 5 stars, he's deceiving the public with false ratings.

Best Tax Services does my whole families taxes every year. They do my sister's taxes, my mother's taxes and my taxes. We live in Orange County and felt more comfortable going to Best Tax Services because we can trust them to do our taxes each and every year with no issues. Nasseif, the owner of Best Tax Services is very skilled in his filled which should reassure anyone that they are in the best hands, especially with how complicated taxes are now. Definitely a 5 star company.

Nasseif did my amendment last year because my previous tax man made some mistakes which cost me. Nasseif did my taxes over again and fixed all the mistakes. I'm very grateful for Nasseif and his whole team at Best Tax Services.

I wish I could give this establishment ten stars! I have been doing my taxes here since 2013 and the peace of mind they bring to my life is unmatched. I trust them 100% with all my tax needs and I cannot stress this enough CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Ask for Demiana or Nasseif they are both very knowledgeable in every tax subject. They are doing real state as well so they can help you in many different ways!

The good thing about this office is that they help you in a friendly manner and you can just talk to them and they will find the best options for you, some offices will just do the job without letting you explain the situation or getting the best out of it, but this office not, they just care about their clients even if they don’t have enough time, they will find time to help you the best they could.
