“Let's call them the Fantastic 4, cause they were legit amazing, honest, & humble.
I walked in with my 2023 SuperSix Evo 3, that started doing a weird/ugly popping creaking noise.
All 4 got together & figured it out.
It happend to me my seat-post.
They Re-torqued it to the correct specifications why re-applying Carbon Therma Paste & boom just like that my bike was fixed.
They weren't even gonna charge me, thats how honest/humble they are.
But I of course had to give them something.
Because while it might of been something simple, its their knowledge, experience that we are paying for.
Point blank I walked in with an issue & walked out with it being resolved.
And thats priceless.

“Great bike shop excellent customer service if you're looking for custom parts to trick your bike out this is the place of course you have to have some knowledge about bicycles and mechanics. This is not the kind of bike shop that provides service and maintenance. From what I've noticed it's strictly parts. If you don't know how to service or repair your own bicycle maybe you shouldn't be riding it or giving one star reviews.”
