“Had a bike left in storage for a couple of years. Needed a new handle bar shifter and adjustment. As a no appointment ride-in, done in 30 minutes for a reasonable price.”

“I recently visited Jax Bicycles and had David help me from the moment I walked in. I explained that I was looking for a bicycle primarily for commuting to work, and he immediately started showing me budget-friendly options that fit my needs. David never hesitated to answer any questions I had and took the time to explain the specifications of each bike. He even asked if I wanted to test ride one and personally rode alongside me to make sure the bike felt comfortable and was the right fit. Throughout the process, he asked about my cycling journey and genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the best option. What stood out most was that he never once tried to upsell me. Instead, he focused on finding what worked best for me, which I really appreciated. He also informed me about a tube and tire protection offer that made sense for my commuting needs, so I decided to take advantage of it. The pricing was fair, and when I purchased accessories, he even offered to install them for me. David maintained a positive attitude the entire time, always smiling and providing friendly, professional service. This was one of the best bike-buying experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend David to any of my friends or anyone looking for excellent customer service. Thank you, David, and the Jax Bicycles team, for such a great experience.”

“I had a great experience at T2 for both my tri bike fit and maintenance. Bryan took the time to carefully assess my position and made several helpful fit adjustments. After installing new cranks, he fine-tuned the fit again to account for the changes, and now I feel ready for my upcoming race. I really appreciated his patience, expertise, and attention to detail. Highly recommend T2 if you're looking for a knowledgeable and thorough bike fit or service.”

“Great bike shop excellent customer service if you're looking for custom parts to trick your bike out this is the place of course you have to have some knowledge about bicycles and mechanics. This is not the kind of bike shop that provides service and maintenance. From what I've noticed it's strictly parts. If you don't know how to service or repair your own bicycle maybe you shouldn't be riding it or giving one star reviews.”
