I have shipped a cargo with this Company to Iran on January 2018 and I am still begging Mr Khalili who is in charge of the company to give me any Barnameh document or other official receipt. He is neither answering phone nor email. I sent the payment but the check has not been cashed yet. If you are planning to ship anything to Iran or other parts of the world keep looking at other companies. This company is dead!

Worst people ever!! I gave these guys $3k LAST YEAR together with my stuff to be shipped to Middle east. They don't ship my stuff, they dont give them back, they dont give a refund. They dont know where my stuff is. The first time the guy took his phone and hanged up from the second time onwards, he doesn't even pick his phone.

There is no option other than giving it one star. Your customer service sucks. We have one shipment which we booked on 13th June for India. It's 12th july today and they haven't provided us the bill of lading. We have sent so many mails but why they bother to respond as they got their money. Seeing other review here I fear what they will do with our shipment. Such a pathetic decision we have made by choosing their service. Their staff members are inefficient and are a bunch of liars and the team is led by one Amin khalili. I hope my review will help other people not to consider this shipping company for their shipment and I will make sure this message will be spread in other facbook groups. #Boycottblueseashippinglines #liars

We had an ocean freight shipment on Jun/10/2017. It is currently Jun/10/2018, exactly a year later, and our shipment has not arrived yet. We had food and baby clothes which are now not usable. No replies, no answers, nobody to help.

I decided to use air freight for some of my belongings for my baby before my travel. This is a standard service that every airline offers if you prefer not to check in some of your bags/boxes. And you usually receive your bags within a few days of your travel date. But since I had to drop off my bags in LA at my airline's contracted freight company, I decided to use Blue sea shipping for air transportation. as they were located in Long Beach which was closer to me. I dropped everything off at their office on Dec. 7th and paid for air transportation. Today after more than a month, they have not shipped my items and neither are planning to take any action about it. I have contacted them several times to see what the problem is. Mr Amin Khalili whom I was dealing with has not been responding to any of my emails and phone calls. My cousin in US was able to get a hold of him once and he said he promises to send it by the end of that week. (This is also a few weeks ago) Again we have not heard from him!!! Not answering to any emails and phone calls) Since I am currently overseas, I have no access to them. And I assume this is something they are taking advantage of. My baby has already outgrown some of the items I was shipping, and if they were not necessities, I would have chosen to ship via ocean and did not have to pay as much for air shipping!

Worst experience ever I shipped my car and furniture. They keep on changing the price on me and did not give me the official papers until the shipment arrived. Even when the shipment arrived they didn’t pay for the carrier and I can not get my stuff until they pay the carrier. I do not advise talking to this company. Please look for another company.

I have dealt with this company on two occasions and everything went on well, but on the third time i have had the worst experience ever. i paid for my shipment in full to be transported to Africa, only to be told when i got to my destination that my shipment has been detained on instruction from the shipper because had not made a payment, of which this was false. i tried by all means to get the agent to resolve this issue for me since i had paid him in full but my efforts were fruitless. this agent was in and still in debt with his broker a situation that had nothing to do with me but affected me in getting my container released. i was left with no other choice but to pay charges that had nothing to do with me so that my container could be released. initially i had paid $13k for my original shipment then another $10k for charges i had nothing to do with. this agent is a crook never to be trusted, left me to hang after he had created his own mess, my phone calls and emails have gone unanswered and i have forwarded everything to my lawyers to deal with him and his company.be warned this guy is in a financial situation be careful he will cheat you of your hard earned money

Bluesea Shipping is also Worldwide shipping. They asked us to review them on Trustpilot - we went easy on them, but were honest. We could have been a lot harsher. They called us begging us to change our review. When we said no, 4 days later, they sent us an "adjusted" invoice that added yet another $650. Outside of this dick move, they are ok, just not great at what they do. The worst is the 'fee creep ' - our original quote of $3365 ended up being $4150, with all kinds of issues in Dubai due to the paperwork not being filled out correctly. Was it their fault? Beats me. Getting a straight answer out of these guys ain't easy either. I think a lot of these 'glowing' reviews are bogus. Go to the BBB review closed case for a more accurate review of their services.

I was moving my three bedroom apartment to Dubai as I was relocating for work. I shopped around extensively and Blue sea was the best price all in. . They arranged pick up from my apartment in Los Angeles and dealt with my needs and help personally, Their communication was always prompt and they made sure I always knew what was going on with my stuff. The staff professionally and personally packed all of my stuff that needed packing and had created solutions to figure out how to fit everything in an efficient way. If you are moving international Bluesea is a company I would highly recommend.

First, and most important to me is customer service. Bluesea Shipping Lines comes in at the top, not only for shipping and logistics companies, but companies across the board. They are patient, professional, knowledgable and attentive. Recently, I had a complex shipping job helping a friend relocate to Europe. The issue was his car needed to be shipped to England and the contents of his condo to Spain. I am very unfamiliar with this process. Bluesea was recommended to me and after checking other companies, they had the best rates and made the process easy to understand and execute. Thank you so much for the help! Matthew, Steve and the rest of the team are top notch! Highly recommended!
