My daughter and I went there around 4pm, and I am so happy I found another boost mobile to pay my daughter's phone, and the guy in the store his name was Luis.. he was one of the best customer service reps polite, attentive to customers and knew what he was doing! I visited Boost to have my second line activated. The representative was very nice, however she was unable to help me. I purchased a two line plan. I wanted to keep my phone number from a different carrier. The rep was having a lot of difficulty doing this task. She was unable to activate my second line stating that I would have to add a third line. I was there for about an hour and nothing got accomplished. In the end it is unfortunate but I am going to cancel my service with them and go to TMobile as I originally was going to do so. Over all Boost's customer service is lacking courtesy, knowledge and are in dire need of additional training. This goes for their customer service over the telephone. I was told by a representative over the telephone that he could not help me and that I had to go into a store and we know how that worked out. Very disappointed in Boost Mobile.

Girl clearly doesn't know what she's doing. Tried connecting a phone a friend gave me. She tried charging me way more then i needed to. Told me my I would need to pay 3x more the actual price. Ended up buying a Sim card online for way cheaper then went onlinr and did it myself. Horrible. Thanks for nothing

I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS! I purchased a phone on Amazon and sim card online but walked into this location to swap my phone service to this new phone . Simple right. I do it all the time when I break my screen or feel like its time to upgrade. Anyway... this lady there today wanted to charge me $25 bucks for activation. WHAT! I've been with boost for over 7 yrs, what activation what a SCAMMER ! Yea of course nothings for free and I was willing to pay for the service shes doing me maybe 5 or even 10 bucks but $25! for what? it takes 10 seconds and all shes doing is inputting the new phone. I don't make $25 a hr, why would I pay you $25 for less than a minute of work. I said HELL NO! and went home signed into my account and swapped it out online FOR FREE! I have a small business in Long Beach and I value my customers because without them I would have no business. I know better than to scam them. What happened to basic civility and common courtesy? In a world where it seems that less people are doing the right thing I want to RED FLAG THIS BUSINESS! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES PREYING OFF HARDWORKING PEOPLE . THIS PLACE ISN'T THINKING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER JUST THEIR POCKETS. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF THEIR WORK ETHIC SO DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE ! GO TO A BOOST MOBILE INA MALL OR OFF ANAHEIM. I bet all their inventory is way more than others don't take a chance. They have no integrity.
