The man's customer service was terrible. I get you don't want to be at work but just don't show it ? makes me nor want to buy and I walked right out. Lacks inventory as well....FYI THE WEB PRICES ARE CHEAPER THAN IN STORE AN ADDITIONAL 40 PER MONTH FOR BUYING IN STORE VS ONLINE 4 LINES IS 100 online buying in person you will pay 140.00 per month ...smh

I experienced a very rude and what appeared to be a very racist store representative and/or manager. His name was Christopher Thompson. I was instructed by a Boost Agent at Phone Center to trade I phone and purchase new Android at store. I was waiting in line while Christopher was working with another customer when I came in. There's another customer who was an older white guy came after me. When Christopher finished working with the guy who was there before me, he immediately asked the other guy, the white guy, how can you help him. He then after a few seconds as I started to walk up state whether or not I was here first and I said yes and then he started to ask me how can help me. I informed him that I was looking for a new phone. He told me that he doesn't have any phone so he can go over with me because it's currently busy and around the corner they would have all the songs that I need on Long Beach boulevard. He called the manager and told him that I was heading over there. I get to Long Beach boulevard location. The guy didn't have the phones nor did he seem like he was actually a manager nor was he helpful or had any customer service. He said that they don't have the phones either. So now wasting my time. This guy did not want to take care of me in the proper way in the first place and then sends me somewhere else on wild goose chase. Neither of them were professional. Both were very rude. I came back to the Anaheim store to inform him that the manager at LB Blvd stated he did not have any phones and could not help me any further. Neither of them attempted to apologize not make it right. In fact Christopher begin to act a bit irate and even more disrespectful when I informed him and just wasted my gas because he did not want to tend to my needs, and refused to apologize without going back and forth like I am the culprit. Actually, he (Christopher Thompson) nor Gus (The Long Beach Blvd Manager) should be working with customers nor be in roles of leadership when they are racist, unprofessional, do not want to tend to all customers and treat them all fairly with dignity and with respect, and they also do not know their products nor have any phones in stock. Horrible experience.
