Definitely recommend going here for car rentals. The worker named Solomon is friendly and chill. I would definitely come back next time if I need a car rental

I got the Seinfeld experience where they took the reservation but did not hold the reservation. There were no cars when I arrived. I then had to call the main number to work a refund. Similar to an oversold flight I asked if they could comp me a day. They would not, simply referred me to their website to hunt for a coupon. I ended up having to pay a hefty fee for a taxi to another location to find a car with a separate dealer. None of this was compensated after it was Budget’s fault for overbooking.

Both locations (LAX airport & Long Beach) were wonderful. The pick-up at LAX was a little tricky due to traffic, but it was still good. You just had to walk right out from baggage claim to the purple area and wait for the shuttle. The driver was friendly and kind. Once at the rental office, they were efficient and fast. The car was clean inside and out. The drop-off service was helpful and friendly. Since it was a nice day out and it was within a mile of our hotel, we just walked back. I would rent from them again.

If you can avoid renting a car from this place - do it! One of the worst rental car experiences I've had. Based on the other reviews, I'm not alone. Went there for my reservation and they had no cars available. I asked how long it would be and the manager practically yelled at me and said he didn't know, but that it would be a while. Will I get my rental before you all close? His response: I don't know. The manager's name is "Winston" and he is an absolute jerk. Fortunately, I recorded some of the interaction and will be posting to X soon. I called their 800 number to complain. Supposedly, they will be contacting him and disciplining him, but I'm not holding my breath. Winston was snarky, condescending, and just plain rude. It's almost as if he took pride in being rude to customers. There was a couple ahead of me with the same issue and he was being just as disrespectful to them. If you are starting to have a bad interaction, make sure to record!

Vehicle was good and was given price as promised. Staff was pleasant and efficient at pickup and return locations.

Didn't have the car I reserved and didn't notify me beforehand. Very unwilling to help and when I asked about when a car would possibly be available they said they didn't know probably wouldn't be getting one. I understand that car rentals is dependent on who returns their car on time ect but the rude attitudes and unhelpful service made me not want to continue my booking. I paid 20 dollars more at enterprise and had lovely service from start tp finish.

I knew this place was horrible however I went ahead book a car from this location because of the distance from my house.What other reviews is saying is correct.But here I wanted to add we got the car had to picked it up on the parking lot basement - was dark.So when we took it home in the broad day light we can see the car was super dirty inside out, it had tobacco - even there is a sticker of $450 cleaning fee for smoking....so I inherited all this trash.We phone and let the know, the guy name Will said go ahead and exchange it to any budget location soWe went the one in Long Beach airport, we call the customer service to ensure there is a car for us.However when we showed up there is no car available, according to the Rep all budget location is a franchise own by individual and call center have no visibility of what car is available.We are going to keep the car for the next 12 days.We never given a dirty car from other rental like avis or enterprise.What a bummer.Maybe try turo better.
