“I had my 1st experience last week. I chose a new vendor as the fancy ones now (SM or by the Airport), think only about business.
Andrea and her assistant at the desk were excellent. Answered all my questions. The guys in the yard helped me load all my supplies. The materials are the same. The prices are 1-2 cents less. The reason why I changed is because they value their customers. Easy load in and out.
I went back this weekend to get more supplies. Finally, I found a company that is like TruValue Hardware again, knowledgeable, customer friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
It takes a lot for me to decide to write a review and this one is well deserved. To continued success.”
“I'm so sorry for this...
I'm not one to be posting reviews But, this time I honestly don't know what happened. I came into the store asking for help on some sale items and Cashier Bianca H. was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had very low attitude.
I come into this store ALL the time ( in fact, I was there that morning), and never once I've had to encounter this type of behavior. I was called weird, rude, and said I was yapping!. To the point where cashier Lizeth had to help me out (because Bianca, asked Lizeth to finish up the order). This is a day before Thanksgiving. I don't know if Bianca was just ready to bounce off work to start her holiday weekend or just too lazy to do her job.
It's not my fault sale items don't have an easy scanning barcode to punch in the items into the system. I understand, I'm not the person who's on the account, or is authorized to put in an order. I simply wanted a list of the items so I could then transfer over to our sales rep to put in the order for us and THEN later pick up. I understand store policies and all that, I get it. That's why I was NOT going to place an order!. I'm a calm understanding person, there was no need for this type of childish behavior. Ofcourse! my tone and attitude will reciprocate the same way back to you, why? because excuse me, but who are you! to speak to me that way? I was doing good.
I don't know what else to say other than ''Do better Bianca''.
