“As someone new to woodworking and lumber yards, I was a little intimidated at first, but the staff was lovely, kind, and made me feel comfortable! High quality woods with lots of sizes and selections, and workers know lots of fun facts and important info about the wood you're selecting. Would gladly come here again! If you're a beginner, bring your sketches and your cut dimensions and you'll have no trouble at all. :)”

“Huge selection, friendly service, great prices. What more can you ask for? They are helpful and welcoming to DIY homeowners, whereas some of these supply lots will only sell to contractors. They helped me out with a good deal when I changed my order last minute, which saved my project. I will never buy stone or gravel from anywhere else. Awesome place.”

“Let me start off by saying I had so much trouble with all the other QXO locations. They had their head in the sand and were arrogant and not helpful and delayed my project by a week when I needed to order material. When I called Ed L over there in Gardena he was quick fast and professional. He even stayed overtime to make sure to get the right material for me and set a delivery time that was feasible for the continuance of our project. Shout out to Ed and everybody at the Gardena location only.”

“I found this place while looking for an authorized Yeti supplier online. I started the order online but had to call call to complete it. They gave me a great price on coffee tumblers (lol, an essential item). The person who helped me was friendly and the transaction was quick and efficient. I never noticed this place while driving by, but will definitely keep them in mind my for any future hardware or related purchases.”

“Great for hobbyists and businesses! I’m the former, and I’ve always had great experiences here buying plywood and especially hardwoods. Their prices are excellent, and perhaps most important is their service. Everybody, and I mean everybody here is extremely helpful and friendly. I send everyone asking for the best place to buy wood here first!”

“I had my 1st experience last week. I chose a new vendor as the fancy ones now (SM or by the Airport), think only about business. Andrea and her assistant at the desk were excellent. Answered all my questions. The guys in the yard helped me load all my supplies. The materials are the same. The prices are 1-2 cents less. The reason why I changed is because they value their customers. Easy load in and out. I went back this weekend to get more supplies. Finally, I found a company that is like TruValue Hardware again, knowledgeable, customer friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company. It takes a lot for me to decide to write a review and this one is well deserved. To continued success.”

“Fast and easy if you are tech familiar, other wise stay away from it as this can get complicated. Now, if for any reason you want to try it and get stock, don't worry; there will be someone to help you all the way. Highly recommend this if you want to avoid waiting in line.”

“I'm so sorry for this... I'm not one to be posting reviews But, this time I honestly don't know what happened. I came into the store asking for help on some sale items and Cashier Bianca H. was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had very low attitude. I come into this store ALL the time ( in fact, I was there that morning), and never once I've had to encounter this type of behavior. I was called weird, rude, and said I was yapping!. To the point where cashier Lizeth had to help me out (because Bianca, asked Lizeth to finish up the order). This is a day before Thanksgiving. I don't know if Bianca was just ready to bounce off work to start her holiday weekend or just too lazy to do her job. It's not my fault sale items don't have an easy scanning barcode to punch in the items into the system. I understand, I'm not the person who's on the account, or is authorized to put in an order. I simply wanted a list of the items so I could then transfer over to our sales rep to put in the order for us and THEN later pick up. I understand store policies and all that, I get it. That's why I was NOT going to place an order!. I'm a calm understanding person, there was no need for this type of childish behavior. Ofcourse! my tone and attitude will reciprocate the same way back to you, why? because excuse me, but who are you! to speak to me that way? I was doing good. I don't know what else to say other than ''Do better Bianca''. Many thank yous! to the Store Manager, Lizeth, and the guy who helped carry out my items to the truck. Happy thanksgiving all! One star for Bianca, Five Stars to White Cap!”

“I just left the Home Depot. I was there to exchange my beloved Husky tools that broke on me. At the customer service desk, I got a little bit of hard time about the receipt for a lifetime warrantied tool however this worker Dave showed up and save the day with the even exchange. I was told to go to isle 21 to grab my tool and go back to the customer service desk. After several walk between the isles I decided to ask for help from the workers around but I was told it was out of stock without even them even looking. When I gave up and walking to exit, I seen this dude Dave and told him what happened. He decided to check the isles and found the item that I was eagerly want to exchange. BE LIKE DAVE.”
