ATM only opens during business hours due to "security purpose" even tho it's in a lock door and the only way to open the door is swiping ur debit/credit card... guy at the front desk is friendly, all the ladies (management) inside very dismissive and unhelpful. Can't get over about the ATM only opens during business hours.... Yah I've never heard of it before too ... enough with the BS excuse let us have access to "OUR" account and money anytime we NEED to. Ridiculous

Dont open an account here and leave it for a year! They charge a monthly dormancy fee if you dont have any activity on your account for a year. Got a statement and they already deducted the fee. Went in and closed the account. They told me that is standard if you do not touch your account for a year. Never offered the money back to me. Credit unions are supposed to be helping people, not stealing money from them! No phone call, nothing. They just took the money. How is that legal. A phone call about the account not having activity for a year would have been nice. Asked to be called by the manager and two days later no call- instead they reply asking me to call them.

Very inconvenient that the ATM is not available on the weekends or after hours. Need to also up grade the security on the ATM door so it is only the card for Calcom

Worst place to request a loan. I'm employee and member of the credit union and they are not accesible. They don't reply unless you're calling and calling otherwise they never call you back at least to know. Bianca is the worst employee, she hanged up to me, didn't transferred me to her manager,I explained that I had an emergency and they didn't even helped me solve the issue. Worse company ever. I don't recommend them at all

I have been a member for a very long time. I can guarantee that you will always receive outstanding service from all of their employees. Additionally their services are robust and in my opinion make all other financial institutions pale in comparison.

I was so lucky meeting an expert account manager like mrs victoria crypto She is so reliable, trustworthy and very honest. Claudia C., she is the most awesome Loan Officer at CalCom. I recently applied for a pre-approved auto loan. She answered all of my questions, returned my calls promptly, explained everything, and I mean everything to my satisfaction. She is the most pleasant human being I have had the opportunity to work with in a long time. I have belonged to CalCom CU for several years and I can honestly say, they have always been very accommodating and are willing to work with EVERY situation, without judgement! I LOVE THIS Credit Union and have recommended it to several people!

I opened an account via my workplace and they started charging a dormancy fee! I never received a debit card. There are no branches near my workplace or home. I called @ 10:30 am to close the account and they said they would send a form. At 3:18 pm I still had not received the form and had to call back. After calling back again the next day it seems they misspelled my last name in my email. I added back a star but my name is confirmed each time I called. It was input incorrectly in your system when the account was opened!

Andrea worked extremely hard to help me get funded. She was professional and at the same time compassionate. She placed me at ease every step of the way and I was funded in less than 2 weeks. I would also like to add that Melissa was great in assisting.I will recommend CalCom for all credit union needs.

Remember that credit union's main goal is to serve their members, they take the money that would have been profit and instead use it to help credit union members. In the case of Calcom it is the opposite. Due to recent Covid-19 pandemic, I called Credit Union to differ my loan payment for a month. The Rep asked me to pay $60 processing fee ($30 each month, min two months.) She said that she was not as it will go to management and they either approve or deny even after paying processing fee. So in other words, I came to make loan payment deferred but was asked to cough up $60!I think it is very insensitive. I also believe that the management or staff who works there don't have a families to take care of, or maybe they are not even humans!

So, I had an auto loan with this credit union prior to the covid-19 pandemic that was never late and current. Car was totaled in a accident and the credit union was paid off. While there is a pandemic I explained I was laid off and received state benefits until things open back up..... this credit union had no compassion, empathy or care for their members when in time of need. My application was denied because my check stubs weren't current since I haven't gotten paid from work in over 3 months but my note was still never late. I just feel like you guys should take in consideration of the global circumstances being a credit union who's funded by its members welp. Removed all my money from your accounts and taking my business elsewhere!
