had great service today. we come to this location all the time. But today was exceptional. just want to give a shout out to "ale" (alejandra) for being patient with us and being very nice, sweet and knowledgeable. As usual this location was clean up kept and always has great deals.

This is the first time that I've been to this store and it was a very pleasant experience. When we walked in, I was immediately greeted by the sales associate, she asked what I was looking for and directed me to that specific area and advised me that most things were 50% off today. She was very welcoming. When I checked out Kim assisted me and she was also very pleasant and welcoming. I actually was ready to leave the store but I shopped more. I have to say that both ladies made me feel like a special guest in their store and i will definitely return to this location.

Very helpful staff at this location. Curbside is easy and very helpful if you are not able to leave your vehicle. A busy mom can still get her shopping done and not have to leave her car and take her children into the store. Also if you're worried about Covid and want to keep yourself at a safer distance from others this is the best option.

I think they need to keep more of the larger size and stock because they had a lot of the extra small and small but a few size 8 and a very little size 14.

I went shopping at th ed Long Beach location for their Memorial Day sale. I found some of the prices where they had 50% off were the same price a few weeks prior to the sale. The only difference was the Doorbuster sale.

Walked in the store never greeted. I was in the store for 39 minutes no one never asked for help. Judith and Yesenia stood and talked the whole time I was in the store. Very disappointed in the customer service I didn't go into the store to hear about your Saturday night or how old a guy your dating looked. They were too busy looking through their phone at pictures.

I decided to go get my little one some warm clothes for this cold season, when I get there I was happy to see they were having doorbuster deals!, Buy 1 get 1 Free and 50%off, so pretty much almost everything in the store was on sale!I got 5 pieces of clothing for less $50!!

They need to update the hours on the website. It states opens at 10 but it's actually noon. Wasted time driving here only to see they don't open for 2 more hours.
