Brought my car here for some minor cosmetic damage.The staff here were great and informed me that due to the car being brand new it may take longer then expected.I got my car back in about a week.The car looked brand new again. Everything was fixed accordingly.Glad I brought my car here.Thanks.

This place is a joke. Bring a vehicle in for service repairs, nobody can give an estimate how long it will take. I called 10 days in advance so parts could be ordered. Drop off early, 5 hours later call for an eta, someone will call back, nothing. 2 days later call again, someone will call back, nothing. Next day call again, someone will call back, nothing. Maybe I need to drive another vehicle over there, block their driveway until someone gives me an answer??

Walked in needed to buy a part not knowing where the part service area. As I walked in your employee saw me walk and know one ask if I need it some help. They continue talking about there personal life . I asked where was parts and this girl just pointed with her finger like I was in the wrong for disturbing her conversation with a another gentleman regarding what she wanted for lunch

Not good experience at all!!! I bought a radio major for my customer car, after couple months the major stopped working. Reach out to the services department for the warranty. Dropped out the car for them to inspect it, they kept the car for 2 weeks waiting for parts. Took the car back to return to my customer drive until the new part arrives. It has been 2 months and no even ETA for the major. But calling the parts department to order same part is 2-3 business day. Really disappointed. Not a serious company at all! I have legit business who buy thousands every month from ford. If they don't consider my business, probably they will do the same with you!

I went to the service center hoping to get my flat tire repaired. They did not have the tire in stock I needed, but put my spare on so I could find a replacement safely. It was raining so appreciate the extra effort. Kudos to Alvin!

This dealership was Fords last opportunity to keep my business and they have officially lost it. I took my vehicle in for its 30k service and part of that service is a tire rotation. Over the past few months I have had to add air to the passenger side rear tire and I asked them to check it when they were rotating them. Three weeks later the same passenger side rear tire is low on air again telling me that they did not do the rotation, therefore leaving me to wonder if they did anything including the alignment. You can't trust Fords dealerships It's 1/10/2023 and Mike from the dealership responded to my review. I will say that I was surprised and pleased, they are already arranging to get my car back in there. So standby, this rating might change. 1/14/2023 Latest update, I was supposed to take my car back this morning for them to look at the tire, I guess that I just had too much time to think about it because I decided not to go and I am going to have someone that I have been able to trust for the past ten years take a look at it. Afterall, they obviously did not rotate my tires even though that was part of the service that I paid for and the bottom line is, I do not trust them now. I can't even be sure that they performed any of the services that I paid for that day. When the next service comes due I will go to a different dealership assuming I still own this vehicle when it hits 40,000 miles. Bottom line is, this is the last Ford vehicle that I will ever purchase and that actually makes me sad because I actually like their vehicles.

The absolute best buying experience! Saleem and Julie were amazing!!!! The finance manager was also super friendly! I drove from Northern California to pick up our beautiful car and it was SO with it!!! Julie is truly special!

I went to get my car serviced today. That went great and my service guy was awsome. But once I went back to get my car. The two lady's at the front desk where you pay, were rude. They were on their phones when I got there and totally ignored me the first time I said hello. The second time I said it louder and I got their attention. But they had an attitude after that never said sorry or thank you. I guess being on their phone is more important instead of being attentive to their customers.

Sales team here is horrible. Will mislead you to come in and try to sell you a vehicle $10,000+ over the manufacturer suggested retail price. Management is the same after explaining my experience they brushed me off and made nothing but excuses for there sleazy salesman. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere there are way to many Ford dealerships to deal with this kind of customer service. I've purchased four Ford vehicles since this experience, they lost a good customer.

This dealership is a joke I'm in search to buy a cargo van, I got a call from Marcos yesterday and I was told told me that they have the van that I'm looking for, I made an appointment to go and see it today at noon time. I got there and Marcos is nowhere to be found, another salesman tried to reach him but Marcos is not answering, finally another salesman shows up and says that Marcos was in a traffic jam and he would go bring the van for the back to show it to me, 20 minutes go by and he's disappeared This place is totally unorganised and the people that work there have a negative aura Never again
