I live by three Chase Bank branches within 1.5 miles of proximity. One branch up north is the darkest branch I've ever been to hence a one-star review. That location reminds me of a Venus fly trap just waiting to lure people into using the ATM in the evening and getting robbed in darkness. Another site is the farthest from home. However, they have working ATMs in the evening, with minimal street parking where I need to park in the red and quickly do my transactions before the police notice an illegally parked car. The third Chase Bank branch is for this review and the closest from my home. They have three ATMs. Depending on their closing hours, a security guard stands in the lobby. After 8 pm, the branch becomes an issue. The Chase card entry stops working and prevents anyone from entering the lobby. In this situation, I am not at an advantage to visit other Chase branches. Such moments like this infuriates me, and why I have an account with them for this inconvenience.

Victor was super patient and helpful when I came in today! I ordered my first credit card and I had questions about why it didnt arrive and general use practices. He reordered the card for me and helped me feel comfortable using my card and paying for the balance. Very happy I stopped in!

Was extremely nervous about opening up my first bank account, I had Caroline's help and she was so informative and very kind! I instantly felt welcomed.

Bank is good but security guard was clipping his finger nails at the front door. Not only unprofessional and gross but unsafe for customers.

Caroline helped me a lot. I was so comfortable talking with her and she was able to assist me very clear. It's my first time to get a credit card and I do really appreciate how dedicated and professional she is.

I stopped in to pick up some checks and there was only one teller so I had to wait a bit before she could help me, but once I got to the counter she was extremely kind and waived the fee because I had to wait.

Overall bad service. First they take forever to help you and second the customer service is bad too. It's better to go to another nearby Chase.

Very bad service only one teller working and 10 people on line and the girls working on this branch they very rude this branch need fire all employees and get new people have better customer service

Went there to make payment on my Visa card yesterday, I .asked bank teller a question about my statement, she didn’t want to answer me, I asked again, not answered..till a 3rd time, she said it’s a number in the back of your credit card! I never ever had this kind of ‘customer service’ in my life! Note: there was no one in line at the time..from now one I’ll go to other branch!This branch needs to hire matured, experienced bank teller, instead of young girl!!

Had a phone appointment scheduled with Monique Martinez. She never called. I called the branch and she acted as if she was penciling me in (during my scheduled appointment time lol). Then I asked if I could come in (still 30 min remaining of my scheduled Appt) since I live less than five minutes away. She said she was booked until the next week. I called the branch on Ocean and they got me in within an hour. Don't go to this branch!

Terrible Chase branch, my family has a business account with Chase and this specific location never wants to give their business customers coin change. Absolutely ridiculous.

My god is this bank garbage. The Branch "manager" was ridiculous. Everyone do yourself a favor and head over to the branch on Ocean where they know how to treat their clients. I would like to say I'm a high earning client as I have a law office and at the end of each month I come in with a check from the credit card processor from my law office. I never have issues with getting my deposit amount cleared immediately (easily in the 5 figures), but today I went to deposit a check and there was a hold put on it. Now I know there may have been an issue based on covid and my abnormally low bank balance, so I asked to verify there would not be a hold when I made a deposit. Of course they put a hold for 4 days!!! I don't blame the girl working as the computer decides, so I ask to speak to a bank manager. The manager comes and I ask her to check my account history and to call and verify funds if need be. The manager lies to me and states they don't verify funds (total lie as I know other managers who have done this and even regular personal bankers or whatever they are called at the ocean branch have done this). I tell her I know she has the authority to clear the funds and if she could clear them for me to which I'm told she can give me back my check and I can go to another branch and see if they will clear it for me. She was a total clown, we are in the middle of covid, the last thing I want to do is run around to different branches, but she's right I shouldn't have come to such a garbage branch in the first place. Next time I will be going to the ocean branch where they know how to take care of their clients. As a side note, I called the business banking line, complained about their manager and had my funds cleared after nearly 30 minutes on hold. So morale of the story avoid this branch and go Somewhere where they will appreciate your business. After writing my review it looks like others (Jason Z) have had my same experience.
