Shout out to Victor G.! and the whole branch. This is the second account we have opened, the first being my mom and the customer service is superb. Attentiveness, attention to detail and quality service. I would honestly recommend you to open an account with them. They took the time to go over the account and verify that the bonus went in. As a black woman in 2022 I should be able to walk into a bank and deposit my checks into my checking account. The teller discriminated against me. She refused to do a simple deposit into my checking account. The teller saw how much money I was deposing and acted as if I was committing check fraud... all because I am black in a decent neighborhood. She would not accept my checks. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she called the supervisor over the phone and I could hear her complain about me wanting to speak with her. Her customer service was very poor. The teller told me to go to the ATM because she would not deposit my check. I have never had anyone do this to me. I plan on closing my account and switching to Farmers and Merchants. Do not bank here. Why have a banker/teller of all they are going to do is provide poorer service then the ATM machine. Machines don't discriminate or disrespect. FYI the supervisor never came out.

Brittney was no help. I wanted to cash my WHOLE check and she said i couldn't. Like how can you not cash your whole check and your own bank. Doesn't take sense. UGHHHH SO INCONVENIENT.

I go to Chase to open an account and now you have to make appointments because they don't have bankers? Exactly where I want to deposit cash. Come on chase?

Have a appointment at 130 - nowhere to sign in!!!! What kind of customer service is this,? So now at 135 some one finally acknowledged.... here it is 2pm and just told 5 more minutes.. Think before putting your money here@

Jonathan Ruiz alongside his management team didn't care to help escalate any of my concerns. Find another branch who doesn't just sit there to give excuses on why they can't provide further assistance.Asked him about same day wire transfers and Jonathan swears there's no such thing. He was WRONG. Not sure who placed him in management team because obviously he's giving wrong information.Call around before going to this branch because THIS MANAGEMENT is only there to collect their hourly/salary pay they DON'T CARE TO ASSIST you with your needs and be glad to have you in and out as FAST as they can.So RUUUNNNN.

Chase Bank has always provided me with great service. Today, however, Chase went above and beyond and proved themselves "exceptional" in the their customer service practices. Chase reminds me of not too many years back when customers were important. This Los Altos branch has a great staff! Today, I needed a document certified, which only financial institutions can handle. I made phone calls to 17 different branches of 4 major institutions. Only this branch and one other banking institution answered their phone. This Chase branch said they would call me back with an answer, but I kept making calls just in case they could not help. They did call back within 3 hours. The other bank, that picked up their phone, stated they could not help me with my documents at all. I did not leave messages at any of the banks I called, I hung up and called the next one near me. However, within 1 hour, 4 separate Chase banks called me saying they saw a missed call and how could they help me. Seriously Amazing! I have not received a call back from any other institution. The last two years have taken a toll on us all and customer service has been set aside by many. Chase Bank proves tough times or not you can still provide quality Customer care, smile and help without complaint. Bravo, Chase Bank and employees for all your care and assistance! TERRIBLE SERVICE WORSE I HAVE EVER HAD IN YESRS NEVER WANT TO ENTER THAT BANK AGAIN. The big lady was rude and ignorant. They had another strange guy wanted to tell a customer all about his home life. No one cares. Then he wanted the same from customer I left getting nothing done and I had an appt confirmed.

My wife and I have a very good experience today with Chase Bank customer service. Ms. Blanca was so agreeable and helpful throughout the whole time. I think she deserves an excellent review with her service to the customer. We highly recommend her to all the Chase customers to go to her to meet your need. Thank you Blanca!

This particular chase bank did the impossible possible. For the second time, they help me when other banks couldn't. Starting with the branch manager. She took her time to listen to our concerns and did her best to help us. Not only their branch was excellent but Evelyn from the circle center branch did a wonderful job explaining to us everything about the account that I open. Thank you, I'm glad to do business with Chase. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have banked with Chase for a number of years. We were pleased when this location opened. The manager [Nan] advise we speak with Raul Jeffery about updating checking accounts. Raul was able to help us update these accounts [personal and business], allowing us to free $15,000, without any addition fees. Thank you Nan and thank you Raul

The branch manager was Terrible at customer service. I would not recommend going to this branch. Avoid at all costs. She is completely unreasonable and made me feel worthless.

Blanca E. Vasquez. She was a great help. Came in ask for assistance. She took and extra mile to call in customer service for me. To get my issues situated.
