I need to change bank and chase is nearby. Went in with cash with no appt, ready to open an acct. Surprisingly i need to make an appt with a banker to open one and was told to come back tomorrow. But I'm here already with cash ready to deposit! Why would i want to waste time?Jasmine was smart telling me to open the acct online using the phone while I'm in the bank. I did that on the spot. My new acct show up immediately for her to look me in the system and deposited my money.I walked out a happy new customer.

Very very inconsistent service here. I love the lady up front with the braids I can't remember her name lol, however she's always a big help! With that said.... Everyone else in there treats you like a number and like you are wasting their time. I went in just to order a debit card and I had to wait for the bank manager to help me just to find out she was too busy to help me. I sat down for over an hour waiting and then the guy who told me to wait said that I have to come back another day in an annoyed tone. Please stay away from chase bank especially this branch. Bank with NFCU or do online banking only with chase.

I came on this branch at 4:54 pm, on 6/19/2023. and it locked me outside. pretty rude. It said closed at 5 pm ? how can you lock customers out before 5 pm ? Rude !!!

Empty but still couldn't help me open an act...don't bother with chase my money isn't good enuf then...had an obligation to "make" a phone call instead of helping someone right in front of them...my coworkers n i (Toyota) will go elsewhere...where we are appreciated

The worst customer experience I ever had with a bank. I know I am a new customer but I was treated by rejecting my deposit by a cashier check by chase. I'm about to close. My account. I made a mistake opening an. Account. Thanks Jennifer.

I have been getting lightheaded when Wearing the mask over my nose and this location particularly was giving me a hard time for not wearing my mask over my nose. Very poor customer service. I will make it a point to never go back to this branch.

I opened up a business checking account with Chase Bank. About a month later I go to use my account and the account was closed. I then contacted the branch, and after an hour wait on the phone I was told the account was closed due to lack of information on the account. I got no warning no phone call no E-mail, no letter until after the fact. I then received a check made out in my business name for the remaining balance on the closed account. I then took the check to the branch to try to cash it and they refused to honor their own check issued by them. I am a new business and was set back substantially because of this. I opened this account with Chase, because of their good reputation and I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, and bad attitude of the bank manager. I will not recommend Chase Bank to anyone trying to prosper, because it probably won't happen.

If I could leave a zero review I would, I went to put $380 on my bank on the thingy on the outside, the screen showed no problems as soon as I put my money inside the machine the machine shut down, hopefully I can get my money back tomorrow, this is really wrong they took my money and I have no way of getting it back

No bueno. Came in person to ask a question about opening a account and was turned away because a certain person wasn't there. I walked in to a EMPTY BANK besides one other customer who was already being helped out by one of the 2 tellers. One was working, I don't know what the other one was doing on their computer. Waited 5 minutes before being helped. Horrible service. Called this branch another time and they always seem like they have a attitude with you. Don't feel appreciated here. Might take my Millions elsewhere.

Absolute pain in the rear. Tried to close out the account, but apparently there was a $3 charge pending I didn't recognize. So I have to wait while their fraud department looks into a $3 bit of nonsense so they can rack up an account maintenance charge since my direct deposits are already moved.

Went to chase at 4:30pm to open an account. Was turned away by the branch manager and told to make an appointment for the next day because she had to leave by 5pm And no one else would be available to help me. Although there were 2 other personal bankers in the branch. She informed me they needed up to an hour to open an account. Had I been made aware of this from the website or shown a disclaimer somewhere, I would have adjusted my schedule to make sure I came in at a timely hour. When I Spoke with customer service and asked was this a policy she initially said yes, but then said it was up to that branch to decided. She then said it's not a policy but a "process" they go by. And it's not just them everyone does it. All banks. Which isn't true. I've opened 2 accounts at banks in the past both of which took an average of 25-30 minutes. Never an hour. Better business practices are needed about this.
