Horrible customer service. Business account was hacked, from someone across the country in Virginia. After 17 transactions between two locations, individuals were able to buy $2 worth of merchandise and cash over $3,700. How does not alert Chase? Temporary credit was received , the claim was later denied due to one true transaction that I informed Chase was in fact mine. Chase then withdrew the funds back out of my account stating that the transactions must have been correct. Small claims here we come

I been going to this bakn for few years. Used to be nice to go in there tellers and bankers were w a big smelled but w all this new employees with long faces looks like going to a funeral. The only 2 great people w a big smile and really Efficient DAVIS LEDESMA AND JOCELIN FUNAWA.,that's the reason I'll go back there.

This bank has a teller who decided I was an abused elderly which I am not. She has created a horrible situation for me and my son. I transferred a large amount of money to him as his sharer of the sale of a house and she is now having it investigated and it is being held against my wishes. Who is she and why does a stupid teller have this kind of power We are in such a situation that my son is going to loose his house because of her and her stupid ideas. Watch out elderlys if you run into her your life will change for the worst. I want to know why.

Chase changed minimum requirements for free safe deposit box. I will spare you the details, but I misplaced my safe deposit keys. After Rep made it clear that I should not have lost the keys, she said she would call a locksmith to drill the box. I called the next day and she told me they didn't call back yet. I needed an item from the box within a week. Six weeks later, I still didn't have an appt so I escalated to the Branch Manager. They were not able to get an appt. I had to escalate to the next level up, over the branch. Apparently six of us were waiting. Thankful I did not need a Will or Power of Attorney documented. The higher ups at the branch tried to help. They couldn't get any response. I've had the primary account since the mid 1980's. But their big account and electronics atttitude, and other big errors they made (manually deleting online transactions for one) has made me realize they don't want my business any more. Like an addict, they continue to ask for one more chance. No thank you, I have had enough. Apologies to the branch management wh really did their best to help. No one in upper management ever listened.

One teller, I asked if she could do a wire transfer, she said she could. One other person came into the bank, and instead of the manager handling this person, the teller asked me if she could help them. I told her no as I also am in a hurry. So she ignored my response, gave me back my things, and I begrudgingly waited. She helped this customer and while helping this customer, another customer came in. Instead of helping me finish my transaction, she helped this other customer. At that point I became frustrated with how I was being treated and left

Rude tellers. I didn't get the woman's name but she was on shift today 01/03/2023 @ 10:40am. Talking back saying inappropriate remarks to me. I'll be canceling my business account and my personal checking accounts with Chase. Nobody should ever be spoken to in this manner, especially when I was being calm and friendly and with a smile on my face.

I've stopped at this location once before to get cash out of their ATM as they were closed inside on Saturdays during the pandemic. This time they were open and I set foot in the lobby, but the building was difficult to find lol. I turned in and drove in the opposite direction towards their drive up ATM's (which looked like a drive up teller). Finally I realized that the lobby was in the opposite direction. When I made it inside I joked with the teller about what just happened and she stated that customers always think they are closed which is why they aren't a busy branch. I was happy to walk right in and out within minutes and the teller was super friendly and helpful.

Chase Bank has always provided me with great service. Today, however, Chase went above and beyond and proved themselves "exceptional" in the their customer service practices. Chase reminds me of not too many years back when customers were important. This Spring Street branch has a great staff! Today, I needed a document certified, which only financial institutions can handle. I made phone calls to 17 different branches of 4 major institutions. Only Chase, Los Altos and one other banking institution answered their phone. The other bank, that picked up their phone, stated they could not help me with my documents at all. I did not leave messages at any of the banks I called, I hung up and called the next one near me. However, within 1 hour, 4 separate Chase banks called me stating, "...they saw a missed call... and how could they help me...?" Seriously, Amazing! Los Altos Chase said they would call me back, and they did, but not before Tyler at the Spring Street Chase reached out to me. I returned his call and spoke with the branch manager Walter, who told me to come over before closing and he would complete my document. Walter was extremely kind and efficient and got it done in short order. I have not received a call back from any other institution. Chase Bank proves tough times or not you can still provide quality Customer service, smile and help without complaint. Bravo, Chase Bank and employees for all your care and assistance! (This will post, with adjustments, as to each of the branches that were so gracious as to assist.) Thank you, Chase Bank!
