Very very inconsistent service here. I love the lady up front with the braids I can't remember her name lol, however she's always a big help! With that said.... Everyone else in there treats you like a number and like you are wasting their time. I went in just to order a debit card and I had to wait for the bank manager to help me just to find out she was too busy to help me. I sat down for over an hour waiting and then the guy who told me to wait said that I have to come back another day in an annoyed tone. Please stay away from chase bank especially this branch. Bank with NFCU or do online banking only with chase.

I came on this branch at 4:54 pm, on 6/19/2023. and it locked me outside. pretty rude. It said closed at 5 pm ? how can you lock customers out before 5 pm ? Rude !!!

Empty but still couldn't help me open an act...don't bother with chase my money isn't good enuf then...had an obligation to "make" a phone call instead of helping someone right in front of them...my coworkers n i (Toyota) will go elsewhere...where we are appreciated

I have been getting lightheaded when Wearing the mask over my nose and this location particularly was giving me a hard time for not wearing my mask over my nose. Very poor customer service. I will make it a point to never go back to this branch.

I opened up a business checking account with Chase Bank. About a month later I go to use my account and the account was closed. I then contacted the branch, and after an hour wait on the phone I was told the account was closed due to lack of information on the account. I got no warning no phone call no E-mail, no letter until after the fact. I then received a check made out in my business name for the remaining balance on the closed account. I then took the check to the branch to try to cash it and they refused to honor their own check issued by them. I am a new business and was set back substantially because of this. I opened this account with Chase, because of their good reputation and I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, and bad attitude of the bank manager. I will not recommend Chase Bank to anyone trying to prosper, because it probably won't happen.

If I could leave a zero review I would, I went to put $380 on my bank on the thingy on the outside, the screen showed no problems as soon as I put my money inside the machine the machine shut down, hopefully I can get my money back tomorrow, this is really wrong they took my money and I have no way of getting it back

No bueno. Came in person to ask a question about opening a account and was turned away because a certain person wasn't there. I walked in to a EMPTY BANK besides one other customer who was already being helped out by one of the 2 tellers. One was working, I don't know what the other one was doing on their computer. Waited 5 minutes before being helped. Horrible service. Called this branch another time and they always seem like they have a attitude with you. Don't feel appreciated here. Might take my Millions elsewhere.

Went to chase at 4:30pm to open an account. Was turned away by the branch manager and told to make an appointment for the next day because she had to leave by 5pm And no one else would be available to help me. Although there were 2 other personal bankers in the branch. She informed me they needed up to an hour to open an account. Had I been made aware of this from the website or shown a disclaimer somewhere, I would have adjusted my schedule to make sure I came in at a timely hour. When I Spoke with customer service and asked was this a policy she initially said yes, but then said it was up to that branch to decided. She then said it's not a policy but a "process" they go by. And it's not just them everyone does it. All banks. Which isn't true. I've opened 2 accounts at banks in the past both of which took an average of 25-30 minutes. Never an hour. Better business practices are needed about this.

Chase on carson street. Located here in Long Beach. Plenty of parking. Tellers are friendly and helpful. Staff gets you in and out as fast they can. Great bank. Son banks here he lives he there service.

So my husband had an account with chase for yrs. Someone had a hold of his account and empties his account. When he went to this location to try to resolve it-they state theres nothing they can do because it was an "untrace-able" account. So he called customer service multiple times (it was alot of money.) So they're just waiting this out....so I told him to close the account. He threatened to close the account and they said if he does they will no longer investigate. Chase kept charging him for all kinds of fees. Fees for not having money in his account?? Because he had no money- they charged him---then it became a negative and they still charged him. So my husband had the account opened for 3 yrs after this situation---nothing was done!! He kept calling for a follow up and nothing! So finally 3 yrs of them supposedly "investigating" he finally close the account. 3 yrs of leaving the account open with no money because they kept charging for random fees. He stopped using the card for along time. He's never been more happy to move on to LBSFCU. Their overdraft fee was nowhere near chase fees. Customer service was beyond better. And they actually took care of him. He had his account froze because they suspected fraud vs. Chase.

probably one of the best chase locations !!!! Mr Keith and the staff went far and beyond on helping me out yesterday May 7th! had a deadline that i had to meet and the team took really good care of me and made sure my needs were met! I left the location with a smile and wanted to make sure they were recognized with 5 stars that they deserve!!!

I love going to this bank. From the first day that I came to this bank amd had problem with my account Keith was there to help me and my husband out. Keith is so awesome. His attitude and personally is very kind and caring . He greets you with a smile and makes sure everything is ok. I recommend him very highly.

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST. I came in last Friday to deposit a check into my account. The same work check and the same account I do every time I get paid and for no reason my check was out on a SEVEN DAY HOLD. I went inside to see why this was happening and I was told by someone named Arcelia that the funds should be posted the next day and if not I could email her first thing in the morning and she would help me. Well, the funds were NOT posted and I emailed her and got no response. I called around noon and was told that Arcelia was not in at the moment and that they would have her call me back and I did not get a call back until hours later as I was on my way to work. She then told me that my funds would be posted by Monday and that if they weren't the check would be MAILED out to me. Well the funds didn't post on Monday and so I decided to call her yesterday to see how long I'd be waiting for the check to come in the mail. I was told that Arcelia was now on vacation and that I would not be able to reach her but someone else would call me that day as soon as they were done with their current costumer. Well, I wasn't called till HOURS LATER while I was at work and was left a voicemail saying I had about 10 minutes to call him back. What???!! So I call again this morning and of course the man I was supposed to talk to left chase early today and yet again I'd have to wait for someone else to call me back. So I requested to speak with Chase Customer service & Operations instead. If you need any help with your account or something gone wrong DO NOT GO HERE.

I love coming to this chase. The parking lot is a bit small but there is more parking across the way so not a big deal.It's very close to where I work so it's super convenient if I have to stop by after work. I always come here to make deposits or make change for work. Each time I come the staff is super friendly and the wait is never long. They are very professional, and make everyone feel comfortable. I have never had an issue here and will keep coming here!
