Facility is well taken care of. Plenty of surveillance cameras everywhere which is great. Also, if you have and RV the dump station is key!

I keep my rv here, they are pretty strict on tenants, but security lacks, lots of thefts, which they don't disclose to tenants, very tight lipped about multiple thefts, security issues, they have lots of cameras but it doesn't seem like they monitor them or voluntarily share recordings, very troubling. Given these issues its pretty much the only place around and semi decent but the wash stations have issues with hoses, the tire air doesn't work very well, the employees are sometimes nasty and defensive when asked about thefts and security issues. There is no trash receptacle. if your looking for a place to store your rv, it's better to get a spot near the office as most cat thefts occur near the cemetery North and railroad tracks East although they will never acknowledge the fact.

Great storage facility off the freeway in Long Beach. It’s on the pricey side, we pay about $390 for our 34 foot rv but this is the going rate for storage these days. I am happy they have a wash for your rv, and a dump.
