Not too busy, gas price is average, do not take EBT, the was a guy in the restroom for like 10 min so I went somewhere else.
Good selection of food and drinks, nice last working the register, and it was a clean store.

I recently visited this Chevron gas station and had a fantastic experience. The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering me the best deals at the Extra Mile.
I also took advantage of their hands on car wash, which left my vehicle looking spotless. The staff at the end, Felipe and German, made sure my car was entirely dry before giving me the thumbs up to go. You just don’t get car washed like this anymore!
Overall, I highly recommend this Chevron location for its great service and car wash!

I visited the Chevron in Long Beach on August third as a customer to grab coffee and use the restroom. As a female Uber driver, I often face difficulties using restrooms at various businesses, with many turning me away. However, at this Chevron, the staff was incredibly accommodating. They allowed me to use the restroom without hesitation, had fresh coffee ready, and were very polite. Additionally, they explained their rewards program and informed me that I could get donuts for a dollar. Their kindness and service are greatly appreciated.

The older short indian guy always asks if you are the individual listed on the credit card when making a payment. Even if one were using a stolen credit card, no one in their right mind would admit to this so why this guy asks over and over is beyond me but it's a good indicator that his IQ is 2 digits at most.

If I can give a zero star, I would. This place is a scam. Please make sure you check to see if the gas comes out from the pump or not. I finished the pump and got back into the car, but it still showed low fuel. I made a quick pump because it is close to home, but there was nth came out from the pump and the meter was keep on rolling. I want to made sure, I back up the car and did the pump again and still nth came out. I went in and told the clerk they said the gas is in my tank and I need to drive my car for the gas meter to go up. I asked them to come and check my car and they said how can they know. I’m driving the Honda civic 2020, it is showing the miles on the dashboard. They act like I’m pumping the air into my tires that I need to drive so it can calibrate them. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

They do not deserve a star this morning I came to the gas station I. A very big need of air in my tire. I asked the attendant to please help me put the air I did not have coins and running late. She looked at me and told me no it's a gas station!! I really did not appreciate this I asked again and she said you never come here?? Which I do I live 3 blocks away. I told her my tire is in need of air and I do purchase gas here she said again I never seen you at this point I am upset. I asked her do you work here every day all day?? She stayed quiet. With a rude and horrible look she said go it's on. I said thank you and I will return to buy gasoline because you claim it's a service which is not you are not putting the air for me and you are not coming out of your sit to assist me. I am doing this on my own. Owner of this gas station train your employees to be professional. There are plenty of gas stations around so I will not be returning to yours any longer. You lost my business and I was a cash paying customer. Avoid this place when you are in need of air or water.

The owners and the people that run these stations are worse peace garbage in business and absolutely horrible service and over price fuel do not fuel in this stations in General Area there are problems with these stations go to another use Shell instead V power fuel you should be ?

I really like this store. It's well stocked and organized. Very convenient. Unfortunately, the tall gentleman who is there in the morning - I believe he is the owner - is just a bear to me. For several days in a row, he snapped at me in a big way at the register. And, he's a big guy. I don't understand, as I am polite, easy to please and friendly. He literally yelled at me, and he points to pictures of items by his register and barks out - You want that? You want that? Call customer service he commanded one day. And, angrily rejected my question regarding redeeming the two free coffees I have earned another day. He seems to resent my extra card and swiping it, and then doesn't give me the discounts. Which wouldn't be so bad if he was just decent to me. That matters to me more. I am disappointed because the coffee is excellent and the choices are great. I don't know what he has against me personally, but his aggressive, abrupt and rude way with me has upset me several times now as I go forward into my day, which isn't a good thing. So, today I opted not to go there anymore. I live in the neighborhood, so it's a shame. BTW, he also aggressively accused my husband of putting furniture in his dumpster, which was odd because we're not moving and would never be so rude as to do something like that. If we have large items, which we rarely do, we call and schedule a pick up with the city. We can do that up to 8 times a year, I believe. This man needs an anger management class. He is his own worst enemy to his business.
